Checked our car location whilst on holiday (via an Airtag) and found it was on a random street in Feltham, clearly not the CCTV secure parking that was advertised.
Fortunately we seem to have got away with just unnecessary stress and a PCN from the drop off (as per other reviews - not on the 4th floor where they indicate but at the passenger drop off with no chance to check the car for damage before the driver literally ran away).
Please read the reviews and spend a little extra.

I returned to the country on 23 Rd November 2025 and the vehicle was promptly handed over to me at airport at 9 pm. I have received a PCN notice to owner today from Hillingdon Council asking me to pay a penalty of £140.00 for illegally parking the car in Sipson Lane, Hayes at 9.59 am! Ar that time I was still abroad! The car parking company Express Parking Heathrow Ltd, booked online using Compare the Parking Ltd has used the car without my permission and parked it illegally and now it has caused me no end of inconvenience and expense. I booked them through Compare the Parking website.
Please do not use this company. Your car will be used illegally and you may end up being responsible for theirs actions.

Sitting here now, an hour later and still waiting for our car to come back to Terminal 5. Now ignoring calls, tracker on the car shows its not moved despite originally being told it was near by. As I sit here I have searched this company, its lies, trust pilot and companies-house show them as all different names, same operators! They all have bad reviews, they are all masked under fake 5 star reviews, but its the same people and same telephone numbers. Just liars, do your research or better yet, just park on site and pay the price, trust me, its better than supporting these corrupt liars and giving them any money!

Worst experience. Had to cut trip short due to family bereavement and pick up car 1 week early. Informed staff in advance and when I arrived at Heathrow was ordered to just wait indefinitely and that they could not provide a time or even that they would return it that day. Spoke to several staff members which all gave different info and then was screamed at by Sam the manager. Honestly have never encountered such a shambles of a company. Under the circumstances there was no compassion and then they refused to return car until £20 admin fee was paid. When asked what it was for he just stated ‘nothing, but you have amended your booking’. They first insisted it had to be cash, then bank transfer. It was only when I advised they could not refuse card payments that they allowed this. Took nearly 3 hours to get the car back.

Still waiting for a receipt for the additional payment and a refund of the 7 days.

Do your self a favour, pay a bit extra and have decent and fair service.

I’m appalled that a company like this is allowed to trade. I’m so annoyed with myself I didn’t read these reviews first, but I was in a rush to find someone to park my car and stupidly used them. I bought my new car only four days before I went away and it was delivered back to me last night with two flat Tyres and the driver got out and walked away in the drip off zone at Heathrow rather than meeting me on level four where he was supposed to so I could check it over. He messed me about for 2 hours ‘ said the car battery was flat!! I waited almost 2 hours to be given a car with damaged wheels. I’ve lost money at work today to try and get a new tyres which have had to be ordered and the tyre company told me my car had been kerbed really hard!!! Express parking have just told me they won’t do anything about the damage or costs . I put good faith in them by handing over my lovely new car and it was delivered back to me damaged. Please avoid these people at all costs and please spread the word about this company. They need to be closed down! I’ll be contact trading standards & CAB!!

NEVER USE AGAIN! Sadly couldn’t give it negative stars so 1 it is. Shocking company who do not adhere to their small print of having your car back to you in 25 mins. Left us stood in the cold with small children while repeatedly saying they were on their way. Even when we told them we were following them on our Tesla app and could see parked they insisted it wasn’t! Bunch of cowboys

Worst parking ever do you not use they won’t respond to emails ,messages they took a tire off my car and put on a different one that had of 40000 miles done on it the car is brand new only 6000 miles and now has to go into services because of the loads of scratches on the tire do not use

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR ! Dropped off, waited an hour for the meet and greet. Received a collision notice of impact to the front of the vehicle whilst on holiday (nice). Contacted the office to be told it was fine although they wouldn't send any picture to confirm. Car returned upon collection with 0 miles off fuel in, caked in mud like it had been off road, with a complimentary kerb impact. Found out on my drive home it had a puncture, upon investigation by Kwik Fit the tyre had been changed whilst in their care !! Absolute bandits - not returning any emails to boot. No one speaks English also which makes communication difficult. Trading standards now involved.

Avoid at all costs. This company hasn’t submitted its accounts since 2023 and trying to go into receivership. They are also linked to Compare the Parking, Go Parking - meet and Great and Parkandtravel. Smashed my car up, didn’t tell me, handed me my key and ran off. I booked with Park and Travel (read review on trust pilot) they gave my car to Go Park who crashed it badly) police, trading standards, insurance as well as legal team involved. Check companies house, this firm is not legit!

Really poor service

Really bad service. Booked through comparetheairportparking for valet drop off and pick up, do not leave your car with these crooks.
Waited around for a while when I arrived despite following instructions and calling 30 mins before arrival.
On return, followed instructions again and called when I had collected luggage. Waited over an hour and a half for the car to arrive, driver left the car with door open between two parking spots and sticking out blocking traffic then told me to go pay for the parking ticket before walking off. No opportunity to check the car or anything.
Got back to the car to find my dash cam had been partially pulled out. Checked the footage, they had turned it off when they collected it and not turned it back on again until a minute before dropping the car off again. Makes me wonder what they were hiding.
Avoid if you value your car and your time!

Please avoid this company. They will book you somewhere remote and those people will never pick up your phone you will WAIT WAIT WAIT. They are dishonest as well, you will find half of your petrol gone when you come back. It seems operators using your petrol to run their pick up and drop off service. There are no shuttles, just cab drivers operating.

Recently I used EXPRESS parking company via the compare the parking website to park in Bristol and have a pathetic experience. They booked us somewhere in a farm so far from the airport.

The express parking are giving leads to the crooks to rip the customer off.

The worst experience I have ever encountered! Upon collection (after a very long flight with 2 kids under 5) we asked for car to be returned to T4.

The driver called a few minutes later saying he was on way but wanted to just check terminal (which we confirmed and he said see you soon). Then get a call from the dispatcher (very aggressive Asian man) screaming on the phone to us “you calling me a lier?!! “ I had no idea what he was going on about (apparently he thought we wanted T2…) anyway that was irrelevant as the driver was on route to T4 and no issue.

Long story short he just kept screaming at me saying “apologise - you are a lier etc” then told me we couldn’t have the car back and me and my family could sleep in the airport (it was 11pm) he then hung up and wouldn’t pick up my calls.

My kids and wife are in tears by this point. I had to call the police.

Eventually managed to get the car back which was covered in mud (inside and out…)

I’m lost for words at how bad this company is - please avoid for your own sake. Also watch out for Dreams parking & My Park and Ride Heathrow (also run by same guys)

Dreadful - over half an hour for pick up and just about an hour to return car after calling when we got back. Often don’t answer the phone, altogether the worst M&G company I have used. Never again.

Poor details of how to get to the meet & greet area at T2 Heathrow plus they kept ringing us as we were trying to find the location causing further problems. There was no reason for the call other than he was in a hurry!
The return wasn’t any better as we had to wait 25 minutes for the car to arrive and the meet & greet driver was unapologetic and just unprofessional.
Would avoid using these people.

BEWARE!

These lots are not trustworthy. You handover your keys to these lots your car will end up in POLICE POUND!

Drop off was ok however pick up was far from ‘express’. We were waiting an hour in the car park for the car to be delivered despite calling them after collecting bags as instructed, we were watching all the other travellers getting their cars delivered and the car park emptying until it was just us waiting in the cold.

Also, I didn’t notice this until it was too late but whoever collected the car removed my traffic cam off the windscreen in a way that broke the bracket, also lots of mud was present on the drivers side of the car and they had also reset my mileage counter which makes me wonder where they park it and how far away. The person who eventually delivered it back didn’t hang around they just said my battery was flat, if you scroll down the reviews you will see they use this excuse a lot.

I won’t be using this company again… I’ll pay more money next time and take notice of reviews before booking.

DO NOT USE!! Waited 90 minutes for them to pick car up on drop off, not even an apology.
Waited 2 hours for them to bring the car on collection and that was only because we called the police to report it stolen as they wouldn't tell me where it was!

Very disappointed. Dropped my car off at terminal 5 heathrow meet and greet. Pick up person took pictures and when I returned big dent on my bonnet. Tried to communicate with customer service with several emails with Express Parking Heathrow Ltd but no response to the issue.

Controller seemed annoyed just because we arrived early and insisted that someone can only attend at the specified time.

The real issue was on the return day where driver was almost 45mins late and didn’t show an ounce of customer service, advising to take up complaints with the controller.

Suppose you get what you pay for.
