After so many years of using the services of eSignal, it is a pleasure to continue. Have been offered many other choices at different prices, some higher and some lower, but nothing takes eSignal from my computer.

I have subscribed to quoteck and e-signal for over thirty years, admittedly the computer provides on the business channel provides a slew of information such as instant quotes, futures etc...but there is nothing comparable to the layout of different stocks you provide day in and day out.

My needs are completely met with what I have contracted with eSignal for.
I am very happy and extremely satisfied with the Customer Service that eSignal provides. It is important to know that if you have a problem that you can call eSignal and some Technical Service Representative will help you solve your problem. The most important thing that I can be happy about dealing with eSignal is "confidence." Good Customer Service is the name of the game today. There is nothing else I can say at this time.

E signal offers all I need to trade which I have been doing for many many years..whenever I am confronted with a problem, I find their customer service and technical service extremely helpful and knowledgeable..

I've been an eSignal customer for years; and will probably continue to be a customer from here on out. The program provides an array of tools with which one can put together a set of parameters that support successful trading.

I have subscribed to Esignal and its prior versions for about 22 years. Since the days I received stock price information by satellite dish through to the time I started receiving data by interenet, this service has been absolutely excellent. Tech support over all these years has been highly competent, easily accessible by telephone and professional. Data is accurate and the quote services and graphing is exactly what a trader would want. Certainly this one.

The only thing I really need from you is the ability to real time update my excel spreadsheets.
The problem is, no body seems to be able to give me tech support on macros.
I'm gonna cancel one of my accounts because I can't get the macros to link. Even though I was told it would work.

Simply the best and most reliable platform available in the market today.

esignal should have continued improving on version 10.6 rather than developing a new platform that is not helpful for an active trader.
Also, eSignal is a great reference platform. But - a trading platform? Why would I use eSignal for trading when my broker offers - a way more practical one?
At soon eSignal stop supporting 10.6 version I am quitting the service.

I am a customer of more than ten years. In the new e signal 11 there is not a way to track the portfolio as in the previous e signal program.

I have been a customer for a number of years and find the site an exceptional value. eSignal satisfies every area that I need to trade. The only thing that I do not like about the site is the limit of 500 symbols at any one time. (I know I can pay more and get more symbols) However, those of us who trade a lot of options find it difficult to study the market when we are so limited. Other than that I love you guys!!!

1)This is the most reliable and best handling Charting tool if you have enough PC power (DELL Optiplex 7020, Intel 4th gen Core i5+, INTEL graphics, NOT AMD, 8MB+)

2)Especially use is the repair function

3 Please do keep it alive aund updating with CHARTING improvements.

4) Simple traders like me need a simple, easy handling CHARTING TOOL. Please NO BROKERSTATION like MONSTERS like V 11, 12 which also are tough to handle

5) PLEASE KEEP v10.6+ ALIVE AND PUT A MAJOR EFFORT ON updating its charting if anythig at all.

6) Major problem future Windows after W7 >> KEEP IT COMPATIBLE.

7) I guess that the market for V10 is much broader than for v11,12 which are more like what one gets from brokers like TDA or Tradestation type platforms which I can get free in addition to v10.

Can't have more than 10 programs connected to signal, otherwise will crash.

In the 1990's I was using a technical system called BMI and when esignal took them over in 1998 I lost the ability to review stocks 4 up for comparative purposes . Over the years I have suggested the addition of that feature to no avail & never a response .
After the take-over of BMI i was harassed continually to reduce the size of my files an overwhelming task .

The system works well in buy/sell decision making . the 4 up would be worthwhile benefit .

Used in conjunction with Advanced GET and Interactive Brokers this is excellent for my trading. The Advanced GET support staff is by far the best I have found anywhere.

I find no difficulties with the use of this product.

I am not a broker, nor do I do trades through eSignal. I rely on eSignal for immediate information on the stocks I am following. I use it almost every day during hours the market is open.
