I was charged and then had a very shady phone call with a provider who asked nothing about me or my health. Basically he just gave me the med. Then the medication arrived hot and was not useable. I reached out to customer service for a replacement and they never resolved the issue (it is now one month later). So I was basically scammed out of $120.

My provider was extremely helpful and understood my concerns.

Clinical support phone call to renew my prescription was excellent and informative. However, support staff didn't respond to any email/text messages sent before that phone call. Communication was not good.

The Doctor listened to my concerns and helped me get the right dosage.

This is the absolute worst company to deal with if there is any issue. They do not reply or respond. There is absolutely no way to speak to a person above the customer service that is absolutely no help at all. They took my money and after 3 weeks still have not received my medication and cannot get a refund. This company SUCKS! They are not a company to deal with. Buyer Beware...

I just receive my package. Ordered 3 months - was only mailed one vial. No directions or information included. The vial was just in a little baggie whereas when I used Blue Haven for my meds the vials were protected in another plastic container. I have called, texted, and emailed customer service and am being ghosted. The bag says Quantity 2 on it, yet there is only one vial - an there should be 3 not 2 anyway. I am just so upset I switched from Blue Haven. I guess you get what you pay for....and it this case, I got far less than what I paid for.

Getting my prescription in the next couple of days, the intake was very informative, can’t wait to start on my new journey

I signed up for a GLP-1 subscription on NextMeds.com and was charged $228.00 as a lump sum, despite understanding at signup that this would be monthly billing. I received no email confirmation or receipt — only a text message.

I was never contacted by or evaluated by a licensed provider. NextMeds' own terms state that completing the online health assessment "does not create a provider-patient relationship" and that a separate telehealth consultation is required before any prescription is issued. That consultation never happened, and I never received any medication.

I tried to cancel and get a refund through email, phone (twice), and social media. Support only sent an automated reply. On the phone, one representative told me cancellation wasn't possible and offered only to expedite shipping — of a prescription I'd never been approved for. A second representative found my account listed under the wrong email address entirely, which explained why I'd never received any confirmations. I was told a refund wouldn't be issued if I canceled, and was placed on hold for 30+ minutes with no resolution.

The patient portal has no visible option to cancel or modify a subscription. If I hadn't disputed the charge with my bank, I have no confidence this would have ever been resolved.

My bank ultimately sided with me and refunded the charge, agreeing I should not have been billed without receiving any goods or services.

They knew I was switching company's and I was currently on the 12.5mg wanting to stay the same or increase my dose they charged me then let me know my dose was decreased I'm on the 2nd shot and I ve gained almost 2 pounds verse losing 2 to 3 pounds aweek now I'm gaining it

I placed an order on 8/31 & per the site was waiting to hear from a medical professional to review safety as related to current meds I take. I received an "after visit summary" that I was approved to take the meds when there was never a connection, call, or visit with a medical professional to discuss. I called 2x on 9/1 to cancel & get a refund. Plus they charge the full amount for 3 month vs the monthly amount that they advertise. I received a text today with a tracking # for the medication that I canceled. I called again on 9/2 in reference to the tracking # text and was told to just throw it away if received. WTH? Be wary!

No phone call waited over an hour

Customer service helped me out a lot and after much hassle with sending lots of information and once that was done I got my meds in 2 days! Was quite delighted! I was definitely a squeaky wheel pestering them non stop. I’m hoping it’s just growing pains for them
