Absolute daylight robbery — total scam artists. There are multiple companies pulling this garbage, and it’s disgusting. They charge people for services and deliberately hide the fact they’re taking your money. Fleeced me for a month before I even clocked what was happening. Refused point-blank to refund me. Absolute scum, every single one of them.

This is criminal behaviour, plain and simple. They prey on vulnerable people and those who are struggling financially, manipulating Google results to trick as many as they can. AVOID 100% — RUN A MILE. You think you’re applying for a loan? It’s the exact opposite. They lure you in, you enter your bank details expecting help… and boom — you’re signed up to a £24/month subscription, buried in microscopic small print they pray you won’t see. That’s exactly how they operate — and it’s vile.

After a phone call with Issak. My problem has hopefully rectified. Just waiting on a refund.

I spoke to Louis about something i was not sure about my subscription and he was most helpful in that he informed me concisely what the service was for and how to use it. He told me to look at my report again and get back to him. Most helpful.

After looking at my report i had several queries and decided to phone back, Louis was busy so another representative called Isaac came to my aid, he not only answered all my question, but prepared a detailed action plan for me to contact all the relevant creditors on my credit file and how to approach them, he has given me the impetus to sort out my credit file now, whereas previously other companies made it seem so complex that it seemed near impossible to get a good credit rating. It cant be luck that I met 2 extremely competent employees from the same company, I cannot thank them enough for their service.

This website.service is an interesting thing. At first when you're signing up to it, it appears as a no frills site, lots of paragraphs with some links spread out in it, then you get to the main site/s and it's quite nice. To the main reason I gave 4 stars, and not 5, simply put, it's almost imposible to find the section of how to cancel your subscription. I ended up chatting live to someone and they cancelled it immediately, with not questions asked...

Awful! Pretend that they can loan you a fast / lay day loan. Instead sign you up for a credit report you can't easily get out of! Scam of a company and look at them on companies House. Fraudsters through and through. AVOID!

I have never asked UK credit ratings for there services ever but have took 24 pounds out of my account.i have gone through all my emails and have got absolutely no record or any email of this company.this company is a scam.i don't have much money as it is and have left me overdrawn until next pay day. they have no morals at all and by the looks of the positive ratings on trust pilot they make up all of there reviews as well
