Right from the initial contact with Arnold I was impressed with the professional attitude. An appointment was made quickly to my requirements - and kept. The price quoted was indeed the price to pay and the certificate was available within 15 minutes as promised. An excellent company to do the job. What an excellent service
Having decided to sell my house I realised it had never had an EPC, and so arranged for it to be assessed by EPC Green. The reservation process was very simple: all completed online. The assessor arrived at the appointed time the very next day, explained everything well and completed the assessment quickly and efficiently.
I was impressed that EPC Green sent me the final document by email within a few minutes of completion. I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent value for the service.
I strongly recommend EPC Green.
