Found this company via a search engine., from the offset Arnold was very helpful and knowledgeable as there were procedures I was not aware of but he took his time to cover everything. I was kept fully up to date via email regarding the appointment and what was expected on the day. I also received an email on the day of the appointment to advise whether I wanted to reschedule or cancel. The price was also very good as other firms in my opinion were expensive considering what was required. Arnold did not cut any corners and went the extra mile to explain what was recommended but not necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family/friends looking for this type of service. Keep up the good work

Easy booking, nice, friendly guy. I got the EPC 10 min after payment.

Having been blissfully unaware that I needed an EPC when selling one's house, I found Arnold via a pretty standard Google search. There were lots of providers offering the same type of service - all at prices north of £100. So being a thrifty chap, Arnold's lower pricing attracted me immediately! He arrived on time and was incredibly polite. He had lots of equipment and was on the property for an hour - doing lots of measuring and calculating (I understand some providers are only there for 15 mins and do a bit of a 'quick turnaround' job!). I paid Arnold the pre-agreed fixed fee of £39 on the spot using contactless and within 15 mins, I had an EPC already registered on the Government website. I can thoroughly recommend Arnold and EPC Green. Great service - well done!
