Enlighten customer service is always wonderful but recently i spoke to bibi over the phone and she helped me with a lab issue and also to place an order - absolutely delightful customer service on her end!!!
She was attentive, helpful, and charming - she called me back promptly several times to guide me through an issue we had with a scan and overall super pleased. 5* well deserved.

Just terrible
I am convinced private doctors will do anything including lie when it comes to selling you the most expensive treatments on the market. I had been considering whitening my teeth for a while and watched several videos where different doctors said enlighten was the best on the market. I went ahead and had consultations with 2 different dentists. 1 said to use boutique the other recommended enlighten which I eventually went for.
I was told there would be sensitivity but what I experienced was borderline nerve damage.
Not only did it not whiten my teeth but it left me with yellower teeth and extreme pain like I’ve never experienced to a point I had to abuse painkillers.
My dentist as well was terrible. I complained about the sensitivity and asked for something to help with it. All he said was to take a break and continue in 48hours. Lack of competence and patient care
Of course I could not continue and got no help from the dentist I started the treatment with.
I truly regret using enlighten. It left my teeth worse than I started and I will like a refund.

Most brilliant whitening product ever used. I have tried many whitening agents in the past but nothing has ever come close to the result I had with enlighten. The results are long lasting too. You only need to follow the instructions.

Did not receive the parcel - DPD failed to deliver
I have not received the products ordered online for home delivery.
Got an email from DPD that they will be delivering the parcel, but I never got it, even though I was at home waiting for the parcel. In general it's better to use Royal Mail as they always deliver to my home address and DPD does not.

My teeth were a little bit whiter but for what I paid I am very disappointed!! Would not recommend it! Absolutely nobody has noticed!! So sorry I didn't realise I was reviewing the Enlighten toothpaste! My review was about the whitening treatment itself that I paid £600 for. Wasted my money.

I love Enlighten products. I have done their EVO4 Whitening treatment with a dentist down the road that provides it, and had the best experience. It worked so well on my teeth and I’ve had so many compliments. Very sensitive teeth, and no hope of getting better
My dentist used some treatment on my teeth first of all due to sensitivity but it didn't work. 3 days in, I was in agony and my gums were very sore. I could only stand 10 minutes of then trays being in. I contacted my dentist and the receptionist was obviously experienced I giving advice on how to keep patients away. She said keep trying, but this only got worse. I dread trying the next syringe of whitener. It is so painful! My dentist knows I have very sensitive teeth and very thin enamel, so I don't know how I can get whiter teeth with such thin and yellow enamel. What can you suggest I do? Such a huge waste of money.

Really really pleased
Ok. First, I very rarely write reviews. This tho, was worth the effort.
Week 1
Maybe Im lucky but I started seeing results in 3 days. Seriously. To the point where I was slightly concerned I would end up with a false Hollywood smile. Visions of people blinded by its glare.!
Week 2 - It’s a stronger concentration.
It hurt. But no pain no gain, as they say.
My next day ache was unpleasant tho, so I just gave my teeth a break and missed a night and then carried on the next night. Not sure if that’s a thing but it worked for me.
Just starting Week 3
So far, Im really, really pleased with the results.
Thanks to my amazing dentist, Mahta, at the Maygrove Dental Practice in London, who recommended the treatment.
