I've been looking online for a short time for glass jars for my new kitchen. Came across E&W and decided to purchase despite not knowing much about the company. Pleasantly surprised with the overall experience from ordering to delivery. All items arrived undamaged and were packaged very well. Surprised that the parcel had tracking, so that's a bonus!

I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from E&W again in the future knowing the overall quality of everything now.

I bought the spice jars for my daughter for Christmas. She opened them a while after due to issues at home. One of the jars was cracked at the top. Eden and willow issued a replacement within 2 days. Excellent service, wonderful products. Thank you!

I ordered multiple glass containers and they kept arriving broken. I then reached out to customer service who agreed to send me 11 new ones to match the broken pictures I had sent them. I received 6 today, one of them broken so actually only 5. The order form had 11 written on it and then scribbled out to say 6 with no explanation so I am still waiting for 6 useable glass containers. Horrible customer service and they can’t package their own items correctly

Cheap product that probably cost pennies and re-sold overpriced.
Ordered a few jars and one arrived broken.
They use amazon delivery that does not give you a slot like other delivery options.

I came across the website online and i saw some nice stuff so I bought few things as testing to see if the quality is good. I was very happy with my purchase so i bought more stuff. Unfortunately, 2 things came broken but I emailed them and they replaced them immediately with next-day service post. I am very happy and will purchase again definitely.

Sadly my first order arrived today and the lids don’t even fit the jars correctly Shame really thought it would be one of many orders

I found this company online when searching for storage items. They had a wide selection and the prices were reasonable.
I was really happy with my first order and re-ordered more items. One of the jars arrived broken, the customer service team handled it quickly and efficiently. I would re-order from them again in the future.

Purchased a variety of glass storage jars, marketed as an eco friendly. I wanted to be able to bulk purchase dried foods plastic free. The jars are fine but the amount if single use packaging they came with was ridiculous. I don't think I can ever eat enough dried goods to make up for it! There are eco and composable options that will still protect the glass. Please use them, or stop claiming eco-credentials.

I have been trying to contact customer service for four days to arrange a returns pick up. Its only possible via email and they haven't replied with the details for two days already. Frustratingly slow.

To follow up, the company did arrange for a returns pick up. I think the process could have been more efficient and quicker. Might be useful to be able to arrange returns directly on their website.

I ordered a number of glass food storage jars, which were the best price I’d found anywhere. They arrived promptly and the quality was very good. Unfortunately, one was damaged on arrival (these things happen), however their customer service responded to my message quickly and within 24 hours, a replacement was ordered. They even let me add another to the order and only charged me for the item itself, not the shipping. An excellent experience all round and I’ll certainly buy from them again.
