The tea pot delivered was broken, however they delivered a new tea pot. Though it got delayed due to the delivery issue, the new tea pot is good and really useful.

First-time purchase. The round metal serving tray with wooden base (34 cm) arrived fast.
Really happy with this service especially customer service team.

My first handbag vase didn’t arrive as the delivery company didn’t take enough care I was very upset as I thought that was it there wouldn’t be any more available. I received my item without issue, but when I wanted to return it, things could have been easier.

I had to reach out via email before full instructions were provided. The return postage itself was easily arranged via Evri.

Contact from the company was a bit weird. I received an email on Sunday night (the day before a Bank Holiday) asking me to provide tracking details so that the return could be organised "more smoothly". I provided the tracking number and pointed out that the tracking showed it had already been delivered. I was told that (obviously) the warehouse would not be open again until after the Bank Holiday weekend and that a refund would not be issued until the return could be checked manually. Therefore not really sure why staff are emailing at 21:30 on a Sunday asking for tracking information.

Brilliant service from Eden and Willow. I received a chipped vase out of the 3 I received and offered either partial or exchange. I volunteered for exchange and they told me I can keep the vase and they would send another out.
