So impressed with this company. I have purchased many glass cups and glasses, for myself, family and friends, placed over 3 orders. The quality, price and packaging are amazing.
If you need or want to get in touch by email they reply really quickly.
I cannot recommend highly enough.

Arrived today is a handbag vase.

I had a bit of a problem with the courier.
Eden and Willow customer service reacted quickly to resolve the problem and I received my order of two pizza boards which are perfect the very next day. Will definitely use this site again.
I highly recommend both the purchase and the service.

One of the glasses i ordered was cracked, i contacted them and they were extremely helpful and the next day they contacted me to say a replacement was on the way excellent company from ordering the items, delivery and customer service cant fault them.

I received my order and found the jars I ordered were full of nicks and scratches. After emailing an advisor about this, they claimed these were not considered imperfections and offered a measly 10% goodwill gesture.

After some back-and-forth, they finally agreed to accept a return and arranged a courier pick-up. However, the courier failed to collect the items, and despite my efforts to follow up via email, the company has been ignoring all my messages and failing to respond.

This is appalling customer service, and I would never recommend anyone order from here. I’ll be sharing my experience with family and friends.

I ordered 3 different types of jars & I was sent fault lids for the spice jars without informing. After 1 month of struggle with them I wasted my time & money. Jars are terrible - you pick them & lid comes loose as the rubber is not strong enough. Order details: ORD2240320291 & date 21st March 2024.

At the beginning was as usual: ordered glass stacking bowls. The courier didn't do a great job at delivering a parcel with 'fragile' stuck all over it so one of the bowl was broken. Reached out to customer service, they sent a replacement one. This is where they messed up as the diameter was smaller so could not stack with the rest. Upon reaching out to customer service they noted that all bowls are of the same diameter. By this point I was a bit annoyed as I would not lie about it - asking for a photo would have been a better approach. After I sent a photo, they sent out a replacement stack, not just one bowl from the tower. Here is where they won me back as a customer. This time the packing was extra padded. Thank you for not leaving me bitter about the experience - I now know that you will take care of any mishaps, whether operational or distribution ones.

Terrible product quality. Bought 13 jars, one broke immediately one a month later and one another month after that, and 3 more are on their way out. At first I thought it was just a blip but with the rest going in the same direction and being told that there is a 30 day damage policy I realised its just bad quality. Regret buying and wouldn't recommend. The glass jars with bamboo lids are fine but the flip lock sealed plastic jars are awful.

Through search for what I needed I come across Eden & Willow offering goods for reasonable price. Everything was well packaged and labelled as fragile content to make courier aware to handle box with great care! Thank you for that, Everything received intact! I don't expect every single item to be spotlessly clean and dust free taking in account that I may receive items that have been sold, handled several times by several people, including buyer, returned, so no fuss, everything can be washed and should be in any case. Reading reviews made me think that we humans like to complain and guilt trip other's to grant ourselves a status of high importance and not willing to take responsibility for our choices. Glass is fragile
So you have to decide if you will be able to handle it, call or email seller asking to pack well every item for extra protection.
I'm looking forward to place my next order!

I ordered three glass jars with bamboo lids for Christmas presents to put decals on. So disappointed to find that the jars have already been used! There’s a dirty mark where a previous sticker/decal has been on them. On all of them too. Very disappointed

I want to edit my previous review. Today I realised the quality of the jars are so thin. Today I broke 1 of jars just because I put spaghetti directly to the jar. That's really surprised me.

Today I recieved my pink vase and eucalyptus leaves from you. I am absoulutely delighted with my purchase, the colours are perfect for my new room. Thank you. ❤️

First time ordering from Eden & Willow and I am very impressed. The true test of a business is how issues are resolved and Eden & Willow can certainly deliver on this aspect.

Two glass jars out of the consignment arrived broken, a quick email followed by a swift reply, 3 days later the two replacement jars arrived.

The products are of good quality at the price, great to see a company deliver such great service.

I have been shopping here for a few years.
I love their bamboo range, as it is eco friendly.
My recent order was placed yesterday, contained all glass items, and was delivered today, with everything on one piece.
Often something will be out of stock, but within a week or so it is usually back in stock, but I wish there was a better way to know when it was back in stock as having to keep checking is tiresome, and often I just give up.
Other than that, so far so good.

I ordered online and the products arrived very quickly. Everything was packed well, especially the glass jars. I also ordered a woven tray and was sent the wrong item by mistake. I contacted their customer service and they replied to me quickly and we resolved the issue. Their professionalism and quality of products will make me a returning customer. I highly recommend them!
