Been using these guys for my Google Ads for about 4 months now. Took a bit of time to get things going, but they were upfront about that from the start. The communication’s been spot on – always quick to reply and happy to explain things in plain English, which I really appreciate.

I've been using DPOM for Google Ads management for the last 3 months, and I have to say, they’ve really gone above and beyond. I'd been struggling to get my conversion tracking sorted for ages – my previous agency just couldn't get it working right. No matter what they did, calls and form submissions were never tracked properly. But DPOM put in loads of effort, and after a fair bit of troubleshooting, they managed to get everything set up perfectly. Now I can see exactly which ads are bringing in calls and enquiries, which has made a huge difference to my business.
They didn’t just stop there either. They completely rebuilt my campaigns from the ground up – something I didn’t even realise I needed. The results speak for themselves; the campaigns have taken off, and I’m seeing better quality leads than ever. It's clear that DPOM know exactly what they’re doing when it comes to Google Ads. "I initially had high expectations for this company, but after reviewing their work, it became clear they do not deliver on their promises. They used completely irrelevant and costly keywords that were not specific to the targeted area, which ended up wasting both time and money. The communication is frustrating, as you can’t get hold of them when needed. You're forced to book appointments that take days, just so they can log in, check your account, and catch up. The customer service is, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever encountered. I cannot recommend their services."

You were on our Lite package, which provides a streamlined service at a lower price point compared to our other packages. As outlined in the package details, calls do need to be booked in advance to ensure we can dedicate the necessary time to each client. However, email support is always available, and you’ve used this channel previously. Our Pro package provides priority support and doesn't require booking calls, this was also offered to you at the time of quoting.
Regarding the campaign, we built it based on keywords that were agreed upon together, reflecting the bodyguard services promoted on your website. We always strive for transparency and encourage clients to share any concerns during the campaign. Over the 7 months we worked together, no issues were raised, and it seemed the campaign was progressing as expected.
We note that when you recently reached out, it was to request a refund rather than to discuss specific concerns. We asked twice for more details to help address your dissatisfaction, but the first time we received any specific feedback was in this review.
We understand that Google Ads may not work equally well for every business, and we do our best to set realistic expectations from the beginning.
We wish you the best with your future marketing efforts

Angry with myself for allowing this company to run my campaign. I received not a jot extra in business and my ad was no where near as good as when I ran it myself. I now have a company doing a great job less than a month after moving away. If I were asked I'd say DON'T do it!

I can see you were only with us for 2 months, which doesn’t give the campaigns the time needed to optimise fully.
Additionally, over the summer months, it’s well known that your industry experiences a quieter period, which is why we often see a significant improvement come September. I’m glad to hear things are picking up for you now, though that’s not surprising given the timing.
