Went to lengths to get my Google and meta ads while again. Didn’t realise my last agency had done any changes for 3 months until I notice sales drop off. Went to the guys at dpom who managed to get my sales moving again in just a couple of weeks (they do tell you to expect up to a few months but I think they’re just trying to manage expectations because my account was fixed in only 3 weeks!)
Highly recommend this company to handle your marketing

Improved the Quality of Leads
I was introduced to Lee at Dpom by a business colleague. I had been having problems with my previous google ads management team, who were not producing the results I was seeking, and as a result sales were suffering. Lee audited my account, suggested ways I could spend less with google on adwords and improve the quality of leads I was getting. The leads I now receive are more qualified, meaning sales have increased and costs are down. I am very happy with the service from Dpom to date.

As you say, we always communicate to our customers that any advertising takes time - in fact, we'd go as far to say that if you're not willing to give it at least 3 months then Google Ads isnt' for you.
Regarding Google, this is a tale we often hear: Google "reps" often appear to be more focussed on meeting Google's financial objectives rather than yours and often, this can have unintended consequences as you've found.

Lee and Camilla have been amazing and have helped my Google Ads get more sales.
I originally approached Dpom late last year and found the experience hassle free. They initially got access to my Google ads account and did an audit to show me where my campaigns were suffering before then explaining what they can do to fix it and how long it will take - all on my very first call with them.
We then discussed how long it will take and what the next steps were and I found it reassuring how open and honest they both were.
A few days after i signed the agreement and their pro package and they then got in touch an arranged an onboarding call which explained what id signed up and what the next steps were in more detail.
Following this I let them get on with it and had a meeting about a month later and sure enough results were starting to show themselves. I found the meeting helpful and a good opportunity to share ideas and make sure we were all on the same page.
A few months on we have good communication, progress is being made and I have absolutely no complaints.

BE aware of these guys, because they are attempting to remove my negative review, this helps them to get more customers, if you ask me that is highly unethical, isnt that the point of trustpilot? Their accounts team are rude, along with their incapable ads staff which i had the brief but unpleasant experience of having to deal with. Your experience may differ. Good Luck!

Original review: Great staff on the phones to fish you in, but not good at holding onto the customer and ensuring a good service once they have you.
Once you sign the contract you will be paying a rolling fee, regardless of how long it takes to set your campaign up properly, all the while blaming the customer for the lack of results.
Do not select the basic package as the feedback, communication and service are lacking and time to respond to queries takes days, these areas are to be greatly improved.
There are so many options, go elsewhere.

Lee got this resolved sharply with his access to google and other resources. Good pricing and happy with service DPOMs pricing is quite reasonable but you should make sure you read their website and understand the different levels of service. I initially went for the cheapest plan called starter but this doesn’t include any phone calls or an account manager so I took the plunge and went for their more expensive lite service. I will be honest and say when you sign up, it is a little annoying as they email me several times in the first week telling me that I should expect things to take time, there are no guarantees etc etc etc. I understand why they need to do this (given some of the reviews here) so I do get it, but for those of us that are level headed, of course advertising takes time, I don’t really need to be told 4 times in a week when I sign up! But, in honesty things worked quicker than I expected and they got the ads for my small accountancy firm running within about 2 weeks. About a month later we started getting calls , enough calls that the ads for us, were already profitable. So I can’t really complain too much, in this day and age I get you have to manage customer expectations but I do think they go a bit far by telling me what I should expect several times over - but they do deliver and I am very happy.Ok

Customer service is truely appalling, they hide behind an external call answering service. Dont return calls, don't answer emails. I am shocked people run companies like this.
PLEASE think carefully before signing up. Their contracts are written totally in their favour.

You started working with us in early August but chose to pause your ads from 17th August to 6th September, resulting in only 14 active advertising days for that month. In September, we identified and rectified an issue with your inherited conversion tracking. With these adjustments and the resumption of your ads, a period of adjustment is to be expected. As we state from the outset, it generally takes a minimum of three months to observe significant results—a timeline further extended in your case due to the pause in your campaign.
In terms of customer service, we had several scheduled calls with you, including one on the 27th of October. Unfortunately, you were unavailable to take the call at the arranged time. We don't hide behind a call service at all, but if your account manager is on a call, our receptionist simply can't transfer you. This was a common issue as you made a substantial amount of unarranged calls, which we have no issue with, but if call your account manager out of the blue, it's likely they'll be on calls or meetings with other clients that have pre-booked them. I'd point out you can book a call at any time by clicking the call/meeting booking link in your account manager's email signature.
We're sorry you feel our contracts are not to your liking; however, our terms are transparently communicated in our initial quotes, contracts, and welcome emails. We shared our terms with you prior to signing (as we do with all of our clients) to allow you to read them and decide if you want to proceed (or not).
We wish you the best in your future endeavours. As we make clear on our website, quotes, and even on this Trustpilot profile, if you don't allow us the full time we state is needed to improve your Google Ads performance, disappointment is almost inevitable.
