I ordered a dress from this company and the color was not the shade I ordered. I sent them pictures and they stated that I can return it paying the shipping, and the shipping was going to be 70.00-90.00, So basically from a 197.00 dres I get 70.00 refund. Yes, outragious I am. If I could somehow show you photos I would. It's nothing like the dress I wanted. I can't even sell it if I wanted to, It's so ugly, I would beware of this company. If you have to send it back, it's back to China and the shipping is 90.00 plus dollars.

I was a bit nervous buying my wedding dress online, but I'm so happy I did! The quality is fantastic, the details are beautiful, and it fits just right.

Ordering was so easy! They answered my questions fast and gave good advice. The dress turned out just as I'd hoped, maybe even better.

I ordered what should have been a lovely lace wedding dress for a beach wedding. I asked for the dress to be lined. What came back was a folded double lined dress with extremely heavy lining. Also the length was longer than I ordered. Poor craftsmanship and of course no refund. Please be aware that regardless of their mistake they will not accept that they have made a mistake. I am afraid that this site cannot be trusted. Please don’t waste your money!

I ordered a dress regular size 12 (They have an opstiin for custom make). Few days later I found out on Pinterest that that dress was a copy of an expensive one. I canceled my order at at that point they answered that the dress was already on tailoring process, so tgey could just refound the 60% of that in 5 business days. It has been more than 2 weeks and I did not see any money. I'm disputing my case with PayPal at the moment and tgay gave a frame of 6 months to close this case.
All the 5 stars review for this website seems fake or stolen profiles. I read their other reviews and they sound more like commercials.

Do not purchase any items from this company. Their return policy is not in favor of their customers, and it is not "hassle fee", as stated on their website. If you need to return anything for any reason, they require you to ship it back to their processing/production location in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China.
This is not disclosed in their return policy on the website. In my case, it was going to cost me more than half of what I paid for the item I purchased to ship it back, this is not including the restocking fee. It would have actually cost me $20 more than what I paid for the item originally because of the refund amount I was going to receive. Absolutely terrible company for consumers.

Dorris Wedding group are thieves. They don't tell you your items com from China until you need to do a return. I sent the dresses back and have been emailing them for the refund and no response.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They gave me the option of returning to China or Mexico. I chose Mexico and it cost $$$ money and they did not fully refund the cost of the dresses. I lost a lot of money.
The dresses were way to formal and didn't fit well at all. Do not buy from them!

Having ordered what I thought looked like my ideal dress on receiving it, I didn’t recognise it as the dress I had seen on line, the material was not good quality and the fit not good either. There was no paperwork in the parcel to give me instructions on how to return the item so I have send 3 emails 1 of which was answered saying they were having trouble reading it! I have since had live chat with the bot and been emailed a ticket number and told that someone will get in touch in the next day. No one has contacted me so I chatted on line today again with bot. I am finding the service very frustrating and do not want to be billed for a dress I do not want.

Absolutely rubbish! The dress is nowhere near the fabric or style shown in the pics. It’s made from cheap silky rubbish and looks like something from a cheap dress up shop. Scam! Misleading. Don’t put yourself through it. The reviews on the website were great and completely misleading, absolute waste of money!

Do not order from Dorris Wedding! They have a 30-day return policy but will ignore your request to provide the information their stupid online bot promises to send until your 30 days has passed. What else should I expect from China! Piece of garbage of a company.

The dress is even more beautiful in person! It is a little different than the website, but it looks even better when worn, and the quality is great. I received email updates throughout the whole shipping process.

This store is amazing! They have a great selection, reasonable prices, and awesome customer service. I found the perfect outfit for my daughter’s wedding and had a wonderful shopping experience.

I received my dress successfully, and it’s absolutely beautiful. Despite the low price, it looks quite high-end. I will be ordering again.

SCAMMED!!Do not believe any positive reviews! If you do, you will end up owning address of poor quality, poor design. Their return policy makes it almost impossible to get any of your money back. A high restocking fee negotiations on where you can ship it to, Mexico or China or keep it for $10. Seriously how is this even legal?

The customer service was top-notch when I contacted them! The staff was very patient, even though I felt like a bit of a troublesome customer. My shopping experience here was excellent, and the clothes fit perfectly.
