I'm very satisfied with the quality and price of this dress. It's a beautiful piece. The size fits perfectly, and the material feels fantastic—so comfortable to wear and incredibly charming. Truly a great value for the price.

The sample dress which we ordered was pathetic and completely different than the one posted in the picture. We returned the sample address to mentioned return address but the returned dress was dispatched again to our address where DHL claiming they couldn't locate the address in China

Dorriswedding is a store that it is not worth to receive any star. Their return policy is a lie because they deceive customers that they can just send an email to customer service and they will refund you. However, this store is located in CHINA and if you have a return you need to pay the shipping which it will cost you more than the cost of the item. There are no exchanges and if you want to keep it they will give $10.00

I’m am appalled by Dorris wedding. The fabric was horrendous and cheap, it does not even deserve 1 star.
I will never be buying from this website again. Save your money!

Ordered dress following the sizing chart. Received, no tags noting size or manufacturer. The dress is two sizes too small at least. By their chart, it should have be perfect, if not big!! Returns-no where is it noted that the dress comes direct from CHINA! Therefore needs to be returned to CHINA!! $212.00 to send back! I paid $150 for the dress. I would have NEVER ordered know it was coming direct from CHINA! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Scam! Placed a dispute w/ my credit card company!! Meanwhile, I have no dress for son's wedding in mid-September. Beyond frustrated :(
8/6/24 Follow up- credit card dispute, my card company credited me for the purchase. Asked if they would go back on Dorris, said no, it would just be absorbed. Twice as frustrating! They get away w/ shady business practices! We get higher card rates, due to companies like this!! AVOID purchasing from this company!!

Dorriswedding was amazing! I paid extra to get a dress made to my measurements because I was losing weight. The dress was really beautiful and the fabric was so nice. Shipping was quick too. All my guests said my dress was gorgeous!

I was worried I wouldn't get the dress on time. It had been 5 or 6 days and I hadn't gotten a shipping message. I asked and they responded right away, and two days later I got it! It's a beautiful dress!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I was ghosted when I needed to do a return and had to do a chargeback with my card company. I had to waste so much time to get my money back.

I’m trying to return a dress and am getting no response from customer service on
how to return. I’ve sent 3 emails. There is no phone number. The quality of the dress is very low!

I ordered the dress with the measurement details from the company. It took almost 4 months to get the dress. The dress is beautiful but the actual size is at least two sizes too small. There was no packing slip included. Immediately I sent an email to the company to return it. The return policy was confusing and unacceptable.
I am out the time and money now. Hopefully I can sell the dress on my own and recoup the money. I still have no dress for my son’s wedding 3 months away.

We bought a lot of stuff from this site. Very good shopping experience. Our customers also like their dresses, the quality is very good and the price is not expensive.

Do NOT buy from this site. They rip their pictures off the internet and the dress you get is NOTHING like it. The material is VERY cheap and disgustingly hot and itchy. The lace is like plastic. I wish I had read reviews here before buying. I read reviews on their site, and they are obviously fake reviews. I guess I just have to suck this up and kiss my money goodbye. I've bought another dress that I'm much happier with from a reputable site. Buyer beware. Don't make the same mistake I did. If I could give negative stars, I would.

This company is a fraud. Do not order from them. If you try and return anything it will cost you over $100. You have 2 choices for return, a personal home in Mexico or China. They try and offer you $10 up $30 to keep the item. They are thieves. Also, the dress smelled horrible and I had to bag it and keep it in the garage. Do not buy unless you plan on keeping the item.

Website states it takes 8-21 days to get dress. It has been 45 days and my dress hasn’t even left china. Site states order 30 days before wedding. I contacted customer report to which they just said they could cancel my order. This was not what I desired. They then said they could ship it out by the 26 using expedited shipping. It was sent to distributors on the 28th. 5 days later, my dress still hasn’t left china. I was told it would be delivered 5 days after shipping. Anywho, I’ll probably have no dress for my wedding and all customer service has to say is “use this code for 10$ off next order.” Highly recommend not using the site. I’m not even sure I have a dress coming. Seems like I’ve been scammed out of 200 dollars.

Terribly made garments. I’ve been trying to return for 3 days now. I first read they had a 14 day grace policy. Now can’t find that sentence. I’ve asked for return slip. No response. But they are charging me 6$ shipping 14$ rush (which I don’t remember asking for) 50$ restocking fee. Then they said I would save more money in shipping to Mexico resale shop on shipping than on shipping back to China losing 100$ at least. Garments stink!! I never would have used this company if I knew what o was getting into. I will read reviews from this day forward. Would not recommend at all. Still waiting for a return ticket. One person said they returned item and still eating for money

Shout-out to Mia Anderson, CSR, who was so patient with me, sent me more pictures, and helped me customize my dress. The dress I ordered is absolutely beautiful! This company is a Scam! They changed the name of it to fool more people. Don't buy you will lose your money!

SCAM. I wish I could add pictures here. The dress I ordered and the dress I received are not the same dress at ALL. I've attempted to return, but I cannot get a response through email so I'm working on trying to dispute the charges through my bank. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Minus stars!! I got my dress with no sleeves and white in colour after i corresponded with a woman via email and she confirmed they will tailor the dress with long sleeves and ivory in colour. The dress is also made of non-stretch material, very poor quality!!The woman that was emailing me was of Caucasian appearance (she had a pic attached on the email) and a Caucasian name misleading people to believe they are from US. When i tracked the item i saw that it was coming from China. It also arrived 2 weeks later than they said. I sent them an email telling them of my disappointment, but I never heard from them. Terrible dress & no money. Don't believe the reviews on their website as i tried to log in and leave a review and it would not allow me - of course!!
