I love everything about this dress - high vibes and high quality! And it got here faster than expected. So excited to wear it.

So many people asked me where I got this dress when I wore it to a wedding last weekend. It looked elegant and expensive - worth every penny.

My dress is a month late. When I emailed them to inquire where it is, they only email and stated they want my picture Id after I paid for my dress. Now that I question if they’re even a real company because there is no number associated with this company. They took my money out and I never got another response when I requested a refund. No answer from them, no number works (the one they have listed is disconnected) I was scammed. Don’t let it happen to u!!!!

First of all, The company stated the dress would arrive by May 11th. We then received a follow up email that stated it would arrive between the 11th - 17th. We emailed them back immediately explaining that our wedding was May 15th and we needed it by then. We were ASSURED it would be sent out within 72 hours. However, 72 Hours later they created a label in Fedex but they did not actually send the item until 7 days AFTER the label was created. Finally, we received our package 30 days after the order was originally placed. The return process is INSANE. You have to pay a restock fee and you have to pay to send it back to CHINA. Also, the dress fit my wife terribly. It was nothing like she saw on the website and the measurements were wrong. The whole experience was miserable. My advice is just go to David's Bridal or rent a dress anywhere else for the same price. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE THIEVES.

Arrived way too large. Ordered custom fit wedding dress with accurate measurements for $239. Would be $600-700 with 2 quotes to alter it to fit correctly. It was off by inches. Not just a little off but inches! Lace and fit were not accurately advertised compared to the product received. They offered me an insulting $10 toward alterations. Save yourself the stress during your wedding and get a quality dress you can try on.

This dress looks wonderful, so elegant and flattering. The attention to detail is impressive and I got so many nice comments when I wore it.

Une catastrophe. Vraiment. Et en plus ils ne se remettront pas en question car ils ont pris des photos pour le service qualité avant envoi. Photos sur lesquelles on voit que rien ne va. Mais c'est passé alors ils peuvent rien faire. Perles les plus visibles au niveau du cou décousues. Robe très difficile à enfiler car les dimensions ne sont pas respectées et mal cousues donc même en enfilant par la tête c'est compliqué (et je fais 48kg !).
Les dentelles qui devaient être symétriques sont de travers et le pire c'est le bustier. Je fais 1m57, le bustier n'a pas été adapté. Je me retrouve avec un bustier qui baille qui pourrait m'arriver à la moitié du visage comme si je mesurais 30cm de plus!!! c'est nimporte quoi.
On me propose 10e de dédommagement. Que j'ai refusé. Donc maintenant c'est 20e !! Même pas de quoi payer la boîte en perle pour combler trous.
C'est une arnaque. Vraiment. J'ai perdu 200e en pensant faire des économies. Qu'elle erreur. Je regrette vraiment.
Le service de communication est juste là pour donner confiance pour qu'on se fasse bien arnaquer après. Même faire retoucher la robe paraît impossible vus les dégâts.

I ordered a dress from this company and the color was not the shade I ordered. I sent them pictures and they stated that I can return it paying the shipping, and the shipping was going to be 70.00-90.00, So basically from a 197.00 dres I get 70.00 refund. Yes, outragious I am. If I could somehow show you photos I would. It's nothing like the dress I wanted. I can't even sell it if I wanted to, It's so ugly, I would beware of this company. If you have to send it back, it's back to China and the shipping is 90.00 plus dollars.

This gown is gorgeous and the silhouette is so elegant! I love the dreamy tulle and the sparkly beading. The bust was a little big but a tailor can easily fix it.

I ordered what should have been a lovely lace wedding dress for a beach wedding. I asked for the dress to be lined. What came back was a folded double lined dress with extremely heavy lining. Also the length was longer than I ordered. Poor craftsmanship and of course no refund. Please be aware that regardless of their mistake they will not accept that they have made a mistake. I am afraid that this site cannot be trusted. Please don’t waste your money!
