My claim is still ongoing but so far the service from DLG has great. Very efficient and easy to get hold of if I have any questions. Arranged physio within a day of making contact. Very good service with fast responses.

Absolutely shocking service, can not understand a word they say and they settle without you agreeing due to the language barrier its a struggle. They never reply to emails and having to chase all the time worst service ever. Will never recommend or go back. Get lied to on the phone when you do understand them, telling you one thing and then calling 2 weeks later saying it got done on a different day. Almost 3 years now and nothing sorted absolute shambles of a company been passed to team leader already and still a shambles

DLG undertook the legal case for me of a collision that occurred 2 and a half years ago. Mindy Samra was my solicitor and went above and beyond to answer my queries and questions and made me feel at ease with the whole process, making sure that all my options were explained clearly to me. Mindy went above and beyond her contracted hours when it came to the court hearing for the case and made sure that I had all of the information I needed even though it was outside of her normal working hours prior to my hearing.

Me…… Rapidly Losing patience and confidence in DLG LAW.

My wife and I had a minor road accident in Feb 2025. Our stationary car was crashed into at low speed by a Tesco Delivery van.

The mechanical damage was minor, similarly my injuries as the 77 year old driver were of no major consequence. In short :- basic whiplash, neck and shoulders muscles stiff and sore.

My wife age 75 in the passenger seat had more challenging whiplash, neck, shoulder, rib and back muscular injuries.

My wife’s injuries - Uncomfortable, painful and more serious than my issues, but in physical terms not of major consequence.

Additionally my wife, diagnosed with Alzehimers/Dementia presented additional stress, fear and anxiety symptoms. I felt it reasonable that Tesco insurers paid some level of compensation for my wife’s stress and anxiety.

To this end I took a video of my wife on the night of the crash and forwarded a copy to DLG as visual evidence,

To their credit Tesco and their insurers accepted liability and total fault.

It appeared to me to be an unfortunate incident, but one that would be amicably sorted in good will quite rapidly.

We are now 7 months into the process. To date my wife and I have been bombarded with a confusing and voluminous array of emails, forms and a requirement for signatures, details and demands for wavers and signatures sacrificing our rights in favour of DLG!

OK, there is no such thing as a free lunch and I accepted DLG be entitled
to reasonable fees.

In principal I accept accurate information a prerequisite for DLG to secure their position, BUT this was a simple, low value and minor accident.

The compensation my wife and I were seeking was minimal amounting to hundreds and not thousands of pounds.

7 months on, a nightmare of confusion and lack of information from DLG the issues are NOT resolved.

Our experience with DLG had been beyond poor and set to continue for months to come.

I intend to update Trust Pilot on my experience with DLG as it develops.

On their performance to date I would respectfully suggest to anyone considering engaging DLG Law NOT to proceed.

Based on my experience with DLG Law I think potential clients would do much better to engage a small time local solicitor as opposed to the DLG Behemoth.

Their positive experience in no resemblance what I have experienced and continue to wrestle with in my dealings with DLG and their Associates. I smell a RAT?!

I just wanted to say big thanks to DLG Legal Services for helping me throughout my claim. From the beginning DLG Legal Services was very helpful and well explained everything whatever help i needed they were very happy to help me always with my claim very friendly people and my claim was successful thank you so much for your help once again keep it up with your good work.
