Order received in less than 24 hours, very impressed and will definitely be ordering again

I have been ordering from them for some time now, now problems at all in terms of delivery and quality. Comparing with the 250g bags Columbian Supremo from Lidl, the Lidl ones are crushed beans mostly, on the other hand Discount Coffee have all beans same size and shape. Also using the same coffee machine, with the same grind settings, those from Discount Coffee are more creamy and lovely flow and no burnt beans found so far.

Super fast delivery, and such good value, I'm stocked up for a year now with my favourite coffee beans, yay 😁

This was my original review but having used them for a while, they have become awful with customer service. Past few months deliveries have been late and they do not reply to emails. I have been waiting 3 days for a delivery that usually is next day. I hesitated on the last order due to previous experiences but gave the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully I get my money back because I certainly won’t be back to them.

First time ordering. Ordered monin syrups, sauce & pump. Ordered Thursday lunchtime, delivered to me in Cork on Friday at 12 noon. Highly recommend.

I've ordered on four seperate occasions from Discount Coffee and each time I've been almost surprised at how quickly they deliver. If I order on a weekday night, the parcel has been at my door in less than 48 hours each time.

As you can see from the website, their product offering is brilliant. As I roast my own coffee, they offer a great range of unroasted coffee which is a rare service in Ireland.

As well as this, Discount coffee have a fantastic customer service, and that's what's prompted me to write this review. Yesterday having received the incorrect item in my delivery i emailed customer service to let them know. This morning before 9am I had a reply saying that my proper order would be dispatched today and to keep the coffee which was shipped to me on the house (and very good coffee it was!)

Discount coffee strike the balance between the offering and delivery time of a large corporation, and the personal touch customer service of a small business.

Prompt reply in chat with a great recommendation for best coffee blend suited for espresso (Italian Passion).
The order was delivered in 2 days and the coffee itself is excellent.
It would say it beats the 3 blends I tried from Java Republic (which are good, make no mistake about it) and it is at least on par with Illy Classico.
On top of that, the price makes it a winner.
Discount coffee proves that great coffee does not necessarily have to be very expensive.

Not gonna lie, at first I thought it wasn't a legit website with how cheap everything was compared to other websites, but I had recently purchased Monin Roasted Hazelnut Syrup to go into my morning coffees.

I can tell you now, this website is 100% legit, and I received the product within two days!

I was very sceptical about the quality of the beans due to the price so I ordered a few smaller bags to try out. The order was at my door within 24 hours. All 4 of the bags of beans I ordered are impeccable. I'm now off to buy the large bags. What an amazing company.
