I have purchased my second box with them. I am trying all the selection of coffees. My favourite so far 100% Arabica. I have bought French, Italian, Arabica, Metropolitan.
Now I purchased Temple bar as I heard good reviews about. The delivery its so fast.

This is my second time purchase and must say the coffee beans were excellent and fast delivery. The packaging was superb. Will continue to buy here.

Very poor. Will never use this Northern Irish registered company again. I ordered 2x1kg premium bags of hot chocolate from their Summer promotion, only to discover on delivery that they had only 2 weeks left before they expired.
A vendor who values their reputation would not sell a short dated perishable product such as this, with no time to enjoy it, nor any guarantee of its freshness, and they would make it very clear at the outset to the customer if that was being offered.
When I complained and asked them to take them back,I was told I would have to foot the bill for postage to Lisburn if I wanted to return the products as the expiry date was on the website.
On re-checking,yes, buried under numerous ads for their other products and well below the 30th September deadline for the promotion, was indeed,in small writing, 'use by Sept 2026', no mention of the 4th, which is closer to the end of August.
A 2 week expiry date from delivery is not acceptable for this type of product, nobody would be expected to buy such a thing and any self respecting company that valued its customers and its reputation would acknowledge that and offer a refund in this circumstance. They would also acknowledge their legal obligation to make it clear from the outset precisely what they were offering,and in this case it was quite unclear, the promotion even ends almost 4 weeks after these bags of chocolate expire.
My experience with discountcoffee.ie and their unwillingness to take responsibility and to rectify the situation has made it very clear that this Northern Irish registered company does not value it's customers, has no interest in keeping their business and really doesnt care about the quality of their products. Had used them in the past but will not use them again. There are plenty of competitors offering better value premium products , with excellent and reliable service, who do not treat their customers so cynically

Pretty much every time I order from this company my order is never delivered on time. When I contact to enquire what's happened there's always an excuse, either the supplier hasn't delivered, delivery company returned the parcel damaged (this has happened 3 times in a year). If you're running a business and needing items in decent time I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Excellent service. Have lost count of the number of orders I've placed and I am never disappointed. This time placed an order early on Friday and package delivered on Saturday. The three bags of coffee beans are the usual top quality. Great selection and variety on the website. Products reasonably priced and speedy delivery with excellent packaging as always.

Love ordering from here. The only place in Ireland that seems to do Simply Syrup. And btw it's really nice syrup. And the dessert sauces are lovely aswell. Never had any issues ordering from here. Checkout is very straightforward and delivery takes 2 days max. Will continue to order from here <3

We always receive the order in just a few days which works for us fine for we live in quite a remote location.

Ordered a coffee syrup from this company for €10 that other places were charging around €30ish for!! Order came really quickly and it was packaged really well and secure! Fabulous company, will be buying from them again!

Their coffee is fab and we buy a shed load of it. However when we decided to try their Drink me Chi -matcha based on their blurb indicating it’s health benefits we discovered that it’s 60% sugar- how can their marketing blurb indicate it as a healthy drink. When I got the product and realised it was too sweet to even drink - unfortunately I didn’t look at the sugar content before I opened it - discount coffee had no interest in hearing that they need to revise their marketing or at least show the ingredients with the marketing info so consumers can make an informed decision. Unfortunately saw no indication that their customer support team know how to handle genuine customer feedback. Was disappointed as we are huge customers of their coffee.

Was weeks to get my order. They then sent half then sent others a couple of weeks later but never received all my items. They are now claiming they have sent items I never received. (Tomato soup cups).
Never had any emails unless I chased them
