I ordered at 2PM and received my parcel at 8:30AM the following morning.

I ordered a christmas gift for my partner. It got handed to him today by the postman with "coffee" printed all over it....
Absolutely ridiculous at this time of year.
It was part of a massive set I got him and spent a fortune on. Present Absolutely ruined by this company. If you are buying gifts do not buy it here

I've used discount coffee a few times and they offer great value and an excellent service

I've been dealing with them for a while and they have always had reasonable prices and very quick delivery. They also do very nice promotion deals here and there as well as discounts for loyal customers.

Never had any problems until this week and to my surprise, they reacted promptly and quickly sorted everything out in a very polite manner. It was only a small issue, but to me they really showed they care about their customers.

It's always a pleasure dealing with them!

Prices appeared competitive but not for the poor service and lack of product. Three days to receive order and only then find out it was not complete - some items out of stock. Won't use again.

Perfect service, delivery took 3 days, would recommend

I ordered 5 items on March 21nd of which 4 arrived. With the delivery came a note saying "out of stock , refunded" beside the item that did not arrive. To my surprise ,there was no refund and there still hasn't been , it's been nearly two weeks now and they keep sending me this credit memo that supposedly shows that I have received a refund (which I haven't). Terrible customer service , so unhelpful. Will never order again , all the 5 star ratings must have actually gotten their order. Absolute joke of a company

I was scared ordering seeing everything was cheaper than anywhere else. First time I find mint syrop on an Irish website too. So decided to try anyway and see what happened. Well not even 24 hours later my order was delivered. Everything was well packaged. Only thing is I forgot to get the pump for the bottles so now I have an excuse to order again.

Amazed by the whole experience. First of all the choices there are on this website are insane. Everything you need about coffee is there. Then, the fastest delivery ever, once it’s ordered it’s at your place 2 days after. And to end perfectly the experience, what I bought is amazingly tasty ! The chai latte is just 😍 so I recommend it strongly !

Delivery is fast, great selection of products (my go to products are sugar free syrup and coffee beans), and very reasonably priced.
I placed an order this afternoon, and within half an hour it had been dispatched, and I’d received an email from my courier company regarding delivery. It really doesn’t get better than that.

The Monin range is available at a great price. Delivery is fast. I had a mixup with the bottles and they sent me out the correct replacement. It was appreciated.

Beans have no roast date. I received two bags. One was lavazza the best before date is two months less that what’s in Tesco and the saol Caife are out of date December this year 2023.

I discovered this company in December 2020 and have found their coffees to be excellent and their deliveries to be very prompt. I buy 3kg of beans at a time and this will generally last a month, and shipping costs for three is the same as for one, so it makes sense. Allow yourself to try different blends until you find the one that suits your tastes best. The most expensive one is not necessarily the best one for you !

Very satisfied with the service. Good quality of coffee beans, best prices and the fastest delivery. Website easy to use and easy to pay. A lot of choice of coffee beans. Very recommended!
