I ordered a product from Digitalis Direct via Amazon. Unfortunately, the courier lost the item during transit, but Digitalis Direct swiftly sent a replacement for no extra charge. Moreover, Digitalis Direct was quick to respond to my messages, and were friendly and helpful throughout our communications.

Great product and amazing sound quality at this price point. Digitalis themselves were great and very responsive to any questions. Only downside is the courier company who even though instructions were loaded onto the app as I didn’t want £340 worth of audio equipment left on the doorstep, still just left the parcel on the doorstep but this should not reflect on the seller

We ordered an Audi-technica turntable in June. It arrived really quickly. However in December the tone arm stopped making contact with the record. I contact Digitalis directly who have been fantastic. They tried troubleshooting initially which did not resolve the issue. As a result they have just sent out a replacement turntable. No quibbles or trying to avoid this. Julie you have been fantastic. Thank you.

I needed custom lengths of QED XT25 cable with Airloc terminations, which wasn’t listed as an option on the website. After calling Digitalis, Liam went above and beyond to make it happen. His willingness to help, attention to detail, and genuinely friendly approach were outstanding.

Despite it being almost 3:45pm, he personally ensured my order was made up and dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. That level of dedication is rare.

I ordered Dali speakers and cable from Digitalis that were despatched promptly, but unfortunately there was a problem with DPD and delivery was delayed. I contacted Digtalis and they made every effort to resolve the problem with DPD whist keeping me informed as to progress. I now have my speakers and am very pleased with them. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

I ordered a Steepletone Houston. It arrived quickly but when it was taken out of the box. It was faulty.
I emailed Digitais requesting a return and refund. They answered quickly and a return was organised with no fuss and received my refund the next day.
I would have no hesitation in shopping with Digitalis Direct again. And I would highly recommend them.

Turntable and speakers I ordered from Digitalis were a good price and arrived promptly. Sadly courier threw them over my 6ft gate. Rung Digitalis and they were very good. Agreed that I could return and they would replace. This was all done quickly with the minimum of fuss. Good company to deal with
