Faulty turntable
Had a faulty turntable I bought about 18 months ago. Peter at Digitalis took all the details and promised to call me back later in the day. True to his word he called and advised he hoped to send a replacement and would confirm in the morning. Again as promised he called to let me know the replacement turntable was on its way. Superb first class service..could not be better.

Great customer service
Ordered a turntable and speakers via Amazon. Had a problem with a hinge . Amazon didn't seem to have a facility to raise a query. Spoke to Peter at the supplier. He identified the issue and sent replacement by return. All good now. Very impressed by excellent customer service. Thank you!
