Fantastic Service and products
100% recommend using Digitalis Direct. I purchased a turntable & speakers in early December as a Christmas present. I made the order late one afternoon and they both arrived by DPD the following day, which was very impressive.
On Christmas day it was apparent there was a problem with the speakers, turntable was fine. I messaged the company on Boxing day to report the fault. The customer service was fantastic, Julie was extremely helpful and replied the following day, she offered advice on how to test the speakers, which was unsuccessful, so she arranged for the speakers to be returned. Once they confirmed they were infact faulty a new pair was sent out and I received them the following day. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again and recommend to all.

Service and price

Overjoyed with my new record player and speaker. Fantastic experience all-round.
Ordered the Audio-Technica LP60XBT Turntable + Edifier D12 Black Bluetooth Speaker Package and I was “blown away” by this duo. It was so easy to set up with clear instructions and plays SO nicely. I did a lot of research and was so pleased to find Digitalis, who also delivered with next day DPD. A great all-round experience!

I bought a pair of Kanto Ora 4 speakers…
I bought a pair of Kanto Ora 4 speakers from Digitalis Direct earlier this year. Kanto have a great reputation and the speakers performed faultlessly until a couple of weeks ago when they developed a fault. I sent them back to Digitalis who had them examined. I got a call yesterday saying that they were going to be replaced with a brand new pair. Considering how close we are to Christmas I was very pleased to receive them at lunch time today.
The service from Digitalis Direct has been excellent and I am delighted!!

Surprise Christmas gift!
I received my order yesterday which consisted of Audio Technica turntable and Edifier speakers which was purchased as a bundle at such a fab price, the items arrived packaged very very well and easy to get into, I checked everything was there and in perfect condition as this is a Christmas gift for my husband, you have to report any discrepancies or faulty equipment within 14 days of delivery, I’m sure everything will work just fine but it’s good to have that peace of mind, delivery was quick also!
The quality of the turntable and speakers is amazing and such a beautiful wood, it will look so aesthetically pleasing when set up.
Can recommend this company without a doubt!
