Digital Converters Bewertungen

I normally can't be bothered to write a review, although having two 7" spools of 8mm cine film converted to video - I am amazed by the quality and professionalism of the Company - from the initial posting, up to date progress and communication throughout.

Absolutely brilliant service for a reasonable price. I had an old VHS tape with 30 year old memories of my family, but with nothing to play it on. Digital converters turned around my order within a week, and, for a 30 year old VHS recording, the quality was much better than expected. Highly recommended.

Wow! I never leave reviews for anything I buy but I just had to this time around. I have high expectations and Digtal Coverters went above and beyond! Everything from start to finish has been exceptional, the time its taken, the customer service and the quality is excellent. I want to thank you guys as you have made my Mum extremely happy and the whole family. Thanks again x

Fantastic service. I found my 30 year old wedding video on a VHS tape. My kids wanted to see it. Sent to Digital converters really easy process. Came back in a week on a USB and we had great time watching it. Great picture quality even on a large screen TV. Highly rated service.

The best company i have ever dealt with. Amazing customer care would recommend anyone needing this type of digital transfer to use this company.

Very efficient, speedy service. Great communication and perfect results.
Have used this company many times before.

Easy to order. Easy to send off. Easy to contact. Return quite fast and quality of transferred tapes and cine films was amazing. Thank you to all

Amazing service great quality. Kept up to date with all information. Can’t be any happier. Very professional

What an amazing company. They pro-activley contacted me about my files to let me know thye would be deleted to ensure I was happy that this happened. The files held precious video footage of my two children, now grownups, and my parents and others who are no longer alive.
They helped me transfer these to my Mac and gave me a free window of time to do this.

This is the first time I have used the company, and what an amazing service they have provided. Everything was simple, I was kept informed of the process and the end product was amazing. It was so good, I have just sent a further 20 old videos to them. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.

Had a fantastic service from Digital Convertors. They replied to communications quickly and were able to get every second of action out of the cine films even though some the films had lost the lead in sections.
The quality of the cine to digital conversion was very good, would recommend this to anyone who has some old films they'd love to see again!

Amazing service..I spent hrs googling different companies but decided on digital convertors and was not disappointed. I was
kept up to date all the way.

Excellent product and customer service!

The product was exactly as described, processed very quickly and all questions answered clearly, I would highly recommend.

I read the reviews and wasn't disappointed. I'd been considering transferring our Hi8 tapes and family videos into a digital format for years but the cost and some sketchy reviews of other companies led me to delay. Well Digital Converters matched their reviews. Great communication, I particularly liked the fact that I could track my order, good price and they lived up to their promise of no charge for a blank tape we sent them. We're so pleased with the outcome and sent them 35 tapes altogether. You also get a condition report at the end, explaining any issues they found with the tapes. Luckily the majority of ours were all fine. I highly recommend Digital Converters.

What a great company. I used them to convert a VHS to USB stick. The posting instructions are very clear.
I was kept updated by email through the whole process - on receipt of my tape, a quality report, a completion and postage tracking.
They handled my item with great care.
I will use them again, especially as they offer their service at almost half of the price of most others.

My sister and I had family cine films dating from 70’s and 80’s, not viewed for over 40 years. After some research we discovered Digital Converters and, having checked out their reviews on Trust Pilot, decided to go ahead with having the films converted to digital format. How glad we are that we chose this company! From the initial ordering, where simple to follow instructions re the sending of our precious items, through to the communications received confirming receipt and the expected time scale for the return, we could not be happier to recommend Digital Converters as the ‘go to’ company. The results are far in excess of our expectations, and delivered back to us in digital format within the promised time scale and the original items received through Royal Mail on the following day!
We cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you Digital Converters

This is a great service. I sent them a bunch of mini DV tapes by post and a week later received a USB stick with MP4 files. One tape was blank so the refunded me the cost of that one. They clearly explain how to package and send the tapes and there's good communication throughout - you get an email when you package is received and another when it's dispatched back.

A rediscovered cine film, stored away for 40 years, produced family memories of my daughter’s christening and generations now passed away. We were all thrilled and delighted to relive the day and shed a tear or two. My film was converted in just a few days and I was updated at each step of the process.
