Received my media a memory stick today. Absolutely speechless with the quality of the results. Having lost my dear wife recently I decided to have our cine fims from the early 80s digitised. Digital converters seemed a good bet so I sent them off. Watched the conversion today. Ever have I seen these films presented with such clarity. No flicker or jerkiness, just natural movement. Yes, my bad cinematography and camera work are still glaringly obvious. But to see my beautiful wife and children in their younger days just had me in tears. Don't go anywhere else. DC is the place.

Can't fault the service and the speed and the communication. I knew what was happening to my VHS tape, and before I knew it, I had a digital copy and it was back with me.

I definitely recommend using this company. Their customer service is exceptional and the end result was fabulous too. They are communicating all the way through the process and the turn around is very quick.

Sent my mini dv tapes to be converted on Saturday 28th March, arrived at the company on Monday 30th, completed order returned to me by Thursday 2nd April.

Each tape had been converted onto its own dvd,(other formats were available), and were enclosed in a Hama fabric case.

Some of my tapes were 20 years old, but the quality of the conversions are excellent, and it is wonderful to see memories of my family again.

I can highly recommend using this firm, from initial contact to return, I could follow the progress of my order on a dashboard, and the customer support were prompt to answer my queries.

Absolutely fantastic service, kept me upto date on every inch of the process. Turn around was exceptionally brisk. Good to see 35 year old home Video's. Highly recommended.

I've now placed three separate orders with Digital Converters involving several DV camcorder tapes, CDs and c. 4,500 photos. I've been exceptionally pleased with all of them. The website is helpful, the photo scanning first class, the tape & CD conversions excellent, turnaround times prompt, the pricing competitive and the customer service outstanding. I've subsequently recommended the company to two other people who have also placed orders and been equally impressed. Its rare for a company to receive so many 5 star reviews as this one but you can see why. If only other companies could learn from this one.

Wow I had abice and beyond first class service from Digital Converters.. need 4 rolls of film from 1937 in digital version by 18th March they arrived a few days ago .. amazing service snd the quality was incredible., thanks so much ..

I have been thinking about converting camcorder tapes to digital for ages, but didn't get round to it. I wish I had done it years ago.
Everything was so straightforward, communication was good, turnaround quick, quality great.
I should have done it years ago but didn't know where to send them. So if you are thinking about it, do it now and send them to Digital Converters.

We sent you a very old reel to reel tape from my father in laws days at the BBC big band, 50+ years ago !
Not valuable but irreplaceable, so we were nervous
We were kept informed at every stage, and the process was very smooth and efficient.
The recording was transferred to cd and data stick.
We received the recording back and my father in law really enjoyed the trip down memory lane. The quality was excellent.

I was apprehensive about sending my precious VHS tapes but from the first interaction with customer service right through the whole process I was given great guidance. Thank you digital converters for saving some amazing film of family. The video tape was over 30 + years old, it looked like it had mildew on the tape! I took a chance on digital converters. I didn't expect much if anything. I can't believe what came back. The new dvd shows the lost parts as fuzzy with lines but the good parts are truly excellent. I'm so glad to have this back. I would recommend Digital Converters because they are reliable and fast. A good price too for such important memories. Don't hesitate because you will not be disappointed by their service.

Highly recommend! Getting some old family videos converted was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. Me and my now grown up daughters got to watch them all taking first steps, celebrating 1st birthdays as well as Christmases. The joy it brought to us all was worth every penny spent. You cannot put a price on memories. My eldest daughter will be 30 next week so to suddenly see her 1st birthday brought to life again, was emotional.
