Digital Converters Bewertungen

Digital converters kept in contact. The process was easy and the service was excellent.
I will be sending more of our family cinema films to them so we can once again enjoy the family memories.

Digitising a much-loved but elderly cassette tape of a rare and now invisible (it seems) artist was a task I only wanted to entrust to someone who I felt would really take care and do an excellent job. Having looked around at several services, I decided to try Digital Converters (DC), and I have not been disappointed. They communicate really effectively and clearly - from the initial process of preparing and sending the tape to letting me know it was safely with them and the final digital product.
I couldn't have asked for more.
It has been a pleasure to listen to this music again, and to know I have a more durable version of it, and I am grateful to DC for what they have done and would recommend them to anyone wanting a high-quality, assured, and speedy digital transfer service.

Very clear information and instructions. Prompt good quality service. Lots of memories now accessible again. Thank you.

Can find no fault in the service and process of using Digital Converters. Footage has come back in great quality and made a perfect gift for my Mom's birthday. She is delighted. Also had a problem with parcel collections (fault of Royal Mail not Digital Converters) and they also looked after and returned a parcel that was collected in error in great condition and kept me abreast of all the info. Cannot recommend enough.

What a company! I am so eternally grateful to you for looking after my precious childhood tapes and converting them into digital versions to share with all my older relatives and my siblings for Christmas! The original tapes came back wrapped and cared for the same way they were delivered and it just means so much to me that you protected them in the way that I would. Thank you for giving me and my family footage of relatives we have lost and miss so much, I will definitely be sending more of my tapes your way in the new year!

Fantastic experience with these guys! I wanted to convert 12 vhs kung fu films to dvd for my husband for Christmas and they were so professional from start to finish. The whole experience was quick, I got them back within a week, and great communication, answering all my questions quickly. You can track progress as they convert the media which is great. Instructions on sending and how to label them up were clear and easy to follow and the dvds came back in a nice little wallet. I'm really happy with it. Definitely recommend them.

I did spend a lot of time researching the different companies out there and decided to use digital converters, I'm so glad I did.. Initially I emailed to clarify a few questions, they responded later the same day and where extremely helpful.
It was a super quick turn around, about 1 week, from dropping off my tapes to collecting the memory stick. I only had a 20 minute to drive so thought it was worth it, but the delivery process does sound efficient.
I also have had the video tapes put on the cloud, which I am so glad I did, the email instructions were easy enough to follow.
After 35 years in a loft I wasn't expecting much, but I must say the quality of both the sound and picture is really good.
All the original tapes are returned and numbered, so easy to identify when viewing digitally.
I am considering ordering additional copies, which looks very straight forward.
If you are thinking about it, I would definitely recommend digital converters.

Fantastic customer service, great communication. Developed my video tapes promptly. Would highly recommend this Company. Linda

Excellent, efficient process from initial contact right through to final delivery. Will definitely be recommending - and fully expect to use the service again in the future.

Very fast turnaround. Took about 10 days from originally posting to receiving the 3 sticks back and 7 days of that was due to the Post Office! I was kept up to date throughout on how far the transfer of the 12 videos was going and their quality. The quality of the transfer is excellent and far better than I remember watching it before on a VHS recorder. Super stuff and some great memories rekindled

I found Digital converters on google and sent 10 video tapes to be put onto a memory stick, I had no idea what was on the tapes and within 2 weeks had the tapes back and the memory stick back and wow so many memories of my children on Holidays, Christmas and one of my daughters sports days at school, We did have a tear watching them and I owe so much to Digital Converters for this Thank You.

The order process was easy and the instructions were clear to follow. Checked the updates on the 8mm tape conversions and they were regularly updated. There was no issues with the USB sticks received. Some of the playback had fault but I can't say whether that was due to digu converters as I can't check the original 8mm tapes,i suspect it was the tapes as they are nearly 30years old. I had no idea what was on the tapes so it's great to be able to digitise them and view the recordings. Can't fault the service. The company is very competitive in terms of price, even if it feels expensive.

I used Digital Convertors twice in past month to transfer cine films then DVD to memory stick digital format. On both occassions I felt very updated by numerous emails advising on receipt of my data/progress of process/return delivery , leaving me very satisfied. Quality of final information is excellent

Great company, I cannot recommend them enough, great communication, instructions very easy to follow, quick service, great prices. Amazing. Thank you very much, I will use them again.

Excellent service from start to finish ! Thank you

I am thrilled with Digital Convertors. We – as customers are trusting our precious memories to someone we have never met. I needed to convert a mini-video to a USB stick. I only had one copy, what if it all went pear-shaped?
However, I felt I was involved during the whole process. I was kept advised throughout – from posting my original to acknowledgement of receipt. Progress of my film and at last, notification that the film was on its way back to me. I received it a few weeks ago, so why am I just writing a review? I was apprehensive -what would it be like.? I needn’t have worried. The final product is an excellent copy and I now have an accessible way of viewing the film without buying a mini video player. So thanks DC – I will be using your services again.

Just great! Thank you so much for restoring my family’s memories! I haven’t heard my father’s voice for over 20 years and you made that possible!

I unbelievably good service. Very friendly, knowledgeable people who “went the extra mile “ i will look no further for anything needed in the digital line. Fantastic!!

What a great company. From start to finish the process was simple and speedy. I sent 7 videos and 10 DVDs for conversion. All was done and a link was sent to me within a week of me sending the media. The items are sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery and this is included in the price. I chose to have my conversions stored in their cloud. The link came through today and access was simple and the content was perfect. Each file is clearly labelled and the quality is fantastic. I am beyond delighted with the finished product and the service provided. Could not recommend this company highly enough.

Brilliant service, I'm so pleased with the results. 30 year old videos digitalised at last. Really quick turnaround, great options of USB, DVD and/or cloud storage.
Great editing options online 👍
Would highly recommend to friends and family.
