I went to Desi auto care for a complete front & rear brake job for my 2014 Volvo S60. It was my 1st time there, Drew was very helpful and honest. When was the last time you heard of a mechanic calling you and telling you that you DID NOT need the repair done. He informed me that the brakes still had about 4000 miles left on them. These local, privately owned shops are rare. Kudos!

I finally receive a recommendation from my neighbor to go to Desit Auto Care. There were a few things wrong with my Mercedes SL500: oil light was on, service engine soon was on, and I had been told (by old mechanic) that my front right CV joint needed to be replaced (back in August). I dropped my Benz off early Tuesday morning, and will admit that I was a bit sketched out to be taking my car here. I left with a feeling of dread because I was sure they were going to over charge me for everything and I would be out $1000 at least.

They didn’t call until 1pm and I was sure they were going to tell me that the axle needed to be replaced instead of just the CV boot joint. Instead I was pleasantly surprised! They called to say that they looked at my car inside and out, and they could not find ONE thing wrong with it. The CV joint made no noise while driving it, there were no crack on it at all and they no idea why I was told it needed to be replaced. He pointed out some other issues (power steering would need to be flushed at the next oil change, the belts are starting to show some very fine cracks etc.) but his recommendation was that there was nothing wrong with my car. Ryan couldn’t find anything to repair on (besides suggesting next service at 85K miles).

They're the only SAAB specialist repair shop in my area. They won't nickel and dime you for every little things. He is honest and bend over backwards to help you out when you're in a bind, within 45 minutes he sent a tow truck to rescue me, he even remembers my name and my dogs name. They're hands-down the most amazing mechanics I've ever encountered. Ryan is great to work with. You just don't see customer service like this anymore.

Ryan work closely with me to accurately diagnose a repeated problem I was encountering with my 2010 Mini Cooper transmission. The car would occasionally bog down and suddenly downshift. this was an extremely dangerous especially when it happened twice making a left turn in a busy Route 38. His diagnostic computer analysis indicated faulty D.S.C. module. After replacing the module he reset the factory programming for the engine and transmission and the car has been running perfectly now for 3 weeks.

More importantly, the service is top-notch and gauranteed for 2 yrs. By the way, the shop and waiting area is super clean.

I am a fan! Thank goodness for Desi Auto Care - they saved me a $huge repair bill from what I had been quoted for my 2014 Jaguar XJR at repair shop in Egg Harbor Townshop. Team-Sam also done list of jobs on my VOLVO T5. Both cars health is great now!

I had been looking for an auto repair facility that is good as the dealer without the cost or dishonesty of a dealer sell you repairs you don't need. Desi Auto Care is the one. Growing up my family owned an auto repair shop so I know when someone is BS'ing me. I'm now the owner of Software Company and take all my (Audi Q4-BMW 7 series) German cars here. Rachael will accomodate me ASAP whenever I need help. I have asked for repairs from Andrew and he point blank told me that you do not need to do it now, rather than the dealer just selling another job. He is as good as dealer and very busy all the times. Great prices, honest service you can trust...

I've taken my car to Sean on multiple occasions for both oil changes and scheduled services on a 2013 Land Rover Discovery - LUX. He took great care and uses all OEM products,answered all of my questions, and delivered the vehicle as promised. He has even come under the quote for an oil leek which I had them repair. Honest man and do NOT do unnecessary repair. And all of his repairs were done right the first time. Also,I got window control fuse from him and he gave it to me for 27 bucks (at cost). Last week when I took it to the dealership they told me it would cost 364.00$

I recommended them to anyone seeking good service/prices. I don't go mom and pop shops, but Desi Auto Care is exceptional.

I took my MINI Cooper to Mount Laurel dealer they giving the run for 6 days and charging me $830 + not fixing my car, I was highly upset.

In search of a reputable shop that would not only fix my car, but make me feel good about understanding what was wrong in the first place in plain (non-mechanic) English. My search is over!! I trusted the reviews and let Shawn work on my 2015 Roadster. He not only diagnosed my car in a timely fashion, he kept me well informed of everything that was related to repair. I was very impressed with his knowledge of my vehicle and especially his accuracy as to how long it would take to repair. I picked my car up a few days later and they even offered to stay open a little late for me if I couldn’t make it by closing time of 6pm. I will say after some good MINI conversation with Shawn, he is very friendly! I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!

Recently bought my first Benz, a used low mileage for a great bargain. The downside - it is out of warranty and no maintenance history. Error code came up last week, with some power loss. Glad i found this Mercedes specialized shop. The good reviews in Trustpilot are legit. Andrew found my car's exact issue and fixed it same day. Car runs perfect now; power is restored, no more error messages. He also did a full inspection, fluid top off, and showed me the car's underbody to exact pinpoint what might be needed in the future.

Brought my '09 BMW 335d in for a new A/C belt and diagnose SES light and Ryan knocked it out of the park by diagnosing my car correctly and getting the work done in a timely manner. I will be going back to DESI in the future as needed. Thanks for 2 yrs. warranty!

Sam and his team gave it a full exam (BMW 5 series) and found a few things that would have been trouble later if not repaired. Everything was done right, on time, and budget. There were a few things that I thought needed to be done but Andrew said "NO, not yet." My car is running great. And we've started bringing my other car (Audi A4) in too. I forgot laptop charger at his desk, Sam personally drop off the charger to my home, he cares for you!

I went to dealership for a clanking sound I heard when I hit bumps. Two different service advisor said two different things from shocks bottoming out to strut mounts were bad, everything said was $1100 plus to fix. To avoid my confusion I brought my car to Desi Auto Care and they said they would try and fix the sway bars first and see if that was the problem. This ended up being the culprit of the noise and it cost me only $135+TX. Honest and fair Volvo specialist shop.

These mechanics saved my job interview and I'm thankful. On my way too Voorhees Township, my Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen started driving very erratically. Desi Auto Care mechanic checked my car. He diagnosed the problem within 10 Min. It was a bad coil. $67 later, I was back on the road soon. They're masters of their VW-craft. I will always remember them to get me out of a situation right away.

Respect to Andrew for replacing the O2 sensor for my 2011 Saab 9-5 Turbo-6. I had the check engine warning light on for months and went to another garage who wanted to charge me crazy price. word of advice-don't use that non-Saab shop in C*****H*** Township. They made O2 sensor problem worse. Always go to a professional like Desi Auto Care. I also have some other issues but I don't have budget until July. As I'm ready, I will be definitely going to Andrew.

I had an exhaust leak around my driver's seat '04 Discovery. when I bought to Shawn and while he was removing the hose belts around the catalytic converter he sees it was missing, the other was broken, and the 3rd stud and the bolt wasn't even there. He replaced gaskets of manifold and down pipe. No more leak smell, is gone!! clean local Land Rover Specialist repair shop in town that stand behind their work and it's worth your spending.

Desi worked on my Land Rover HSE during 65k maintenance, electrical problems and fume smell inside the cabin. Shawn is SPOT ON! This is a reasonable size repair job (his prices are too good to be true) but it is about how you are handled and I strongly recommend this shop. Sam knows how to treat customers and really cares that you are satisfied with repair work.

I'm owner of our of warranty Mercedes E350. After getting dealers costly estimate for an oil leak and struts replacement, I searched online, and happy to discover Desi Auto Care. Remember - here you're doing business with real Mercedes mechanic. He will personally talk to you and show your car on the lift and explains the repair, You'll not see marble tiles on floor like a dealership, but who cares? I'll gladly trade those marble tiles for a bill that is 60% less of what I was quoted at dealer.

Whenever my Jaguar needs energy to keep up running with 155k Miles engine smooth, I go to Desi Auto Care. I am a non-technical guy walking into a shop isn't always the best experience. but here they are cool and down-to-earth. I can talk through whatever is going on with my Jaguar they always listens, troubleshoot the issues and fix it in 1st time.
