Desi is my go to place for fixing my BMW X5. He goes as far as showing the actual part that's broken, explains what happened to it and shows you how the new part should look and operate. Once your repair is completed, he provides you with a computer printout showing a diagnosis of your BMW, the parts required to fix it and the cost for labor. I've taken my car here to fix my heat, power steering, brakes and power windows.....he can do it all! He also offers maintenance service that's a fraction of the cost you would pay at the dealership.

Got our vehicle up and running in less than a day! We have a 2015 Audi A7 that needed a new main drive belt. Got our car towed here but they were closed, so I left it overnight. Got a call 8am and was told we could pick it up right when I got off work after 5pm. So quick! They did recommend (very minor oil leak) fix in future. Overall trustworthy service...!

When the dreaded “check engine”light came on and my Audi starting acting up. My cousin recommended Desi Auto as he takes his Audi here.

Based on my description of the issue, they outlined several things they would be looking at (and of course how much it would cost).Andrew said he would call and gave me two possible scenarios(bad ignition coil only, or bad ignition coil and something else).A short time after that, the easiest (and least expensive)option worked and I was on my way home!Always happy to support local business.

Our Land Rover -- Evoque was misdiagnosed by another shop when there was a fuel leak. This misdiagnosed led me to frustrating and expensive situations. Mechanic Andrew was able to diagnose the issue within 45 mins. our overall experience was great! I strongly recommend for your auto needs.

I got diagnostics done, and I was explained what it meant-- NO sugar coating and NO asking for more services to be done to my SUBARU unless absolutely needed. I will definitely take my car here again!! Shawn took so good care of my car and provided 2yrs/24k miles warranty including parts & labor. Wow!

My used car (2008 Model) was running a little rough. I assume it needs an oil change. After buying the cars this was my 1st service at Desi Auto.

I was satisfied with the job and his skill dealing with my Audi A4. It needed a valve cover oil seal and when he got in there, it had the original old plugs! So he replaced them with Bosch and put the new seal in and I was pleased. Now drives better than when I buy it.

I have a 2005 BMW and Every time I have repair service done like water pump or brakes they do a perfect work at a great price. It is refreshing to have real mechanics know what to do and to do only what is needed. Sean tells it truthfully and it's reassuring driving an older BMW they are there to keep it going.

Went to get my Oil Change, Filter Replaced plus Alignment for my Jaguar F-Type S Convertible. Shawn was awesome! I paid way less then what I've been normally charged at Jaguar dealership. After a week when I was going to airport, all of a sudden my window doesn't want to roll up. So I went to Shawn and he fixed it for FREE!! I noticed my Coolant light was showing and he fixed the problem without an issue (Something that dealership had supposedly fixed). The pick-up and drop-off service was awesome too.

When my 2012 Land Rover L4 HSE developed and engine leak that cost a crazy amount of money to repair. Sean (our go-to guy at Desi Auto Care) helped me understand the issue and decide whether or not to make the needed repairs (I didn't).

I was never been pressured and it has become obvious that his business approach is to develop long term customer relationships rather than turn a short term profit. He has earned my trust and respect. This shop is run with integrity as well as Land Rover expertise.

Desi Auto Care is a great shop! From the moment I called to make my appointment to the walking in the door, getting my Mercedes Benz ML-350 repaired and picking up. It was a positive experience, Mechanic who worked on my car explained everything and did a great job fixing all the issues. I received coupons in the mail from them, which impressed me, they care about their customers. Sam is very personable. I will be taking my M-B here from now on.

While my Audi A4 was under Andrew's care I asked him to check some other issues and the clutch since it's been bugging me that the biting point was really high. He found that it was almost worn out, to the point of almost slipping. He got me a new one with a conversion kit. I appreciate his job.

So far, so good. My car is there at the moment. My experience here has been 10X better than any other auto shop thus far and the work hasn't even been completed. Shawn is a very nice, easy going and Master of MINIs. My MINI with 97K miles on mthe clokc needed some love and my MINI being sick of the attitude issues and cost of the dealership make me found this great (Desi Auto Care) shop.

There's something inherently good about an auto shop that has 2years/24K miles warranty including parts and labor.

Shawn is the best technician. He clearly explains everything. Has expert knowledge of BMW’s, and gives honest assesments. He goes out of his way to make sure my 2015 M4 is safe and well- maintained, while always keeping in mind and costs. I drive from Delaware to take my car to Shawn/Desi. He’s worth it. (also two tears warranty on parts and labor-Wow!!)

Also a decent waiting room with Wi-Fi and too many free refreshments. And there is two good Indian restaurants turants nearby that you can walk to while your car is being repaired.

I bring my 2013 Porsche Cayenne to them for all maintenance and repairs. With a 6 year old car, I have had a lot of little things go wrong. The first repair I had with them, Drew actually took me into the garage and showed me the parts that he removed, what was wrong with them, how they fir together.

Drew made me know that he wasn't pulling one over on me and cared that I understand the job that was done. He has been honest, fair priced and most of all, I have not had to go back for anything twice. Drew is great and I 100% recommend them.

What I really liked was how honest Chris was when he diagnosed my Volkswagen. He didn't try to upcharge me for unnecessary work. I also appreciated how he was so willing to talk to me about the issues of my VW & my future maintenance timeline. Good news - he said it should be good for a few more years - yay!

My 2012 MINI JCW had a headlamp bulb malfunction, I checked out shops in my area (Philadelphia), and all of them tried to convince me that to get a new bulb assembly which would itself be $1K job with parts and labor because they said an assembly would need to be changed out because it always goes bad. This was a total lie. Shawn was the only mechanic was willing to do ONLY what I needed, which was to get the bulb swapped out.

He upgraded the bulbs with more powerful ones so they're brighter and better, and they are awesome now.

Had the opportunity to have them service my 2008 Volvo XC70 and they did a full service, checked every last inch of the car and even corrected a issue I had “fixed” by previous shop in Philadelphia. Desi Auto Care took customer service to whole new level and they are definitely professionals with Swedish cars.

The convertible top on my BMW wouldn't open anymore. I met Andrew and he said he would check it out for me. Turns out, it was a minor fix.... and furthermore, he did a check over on my car and found a safety issue that was fixed for $65. He is friendly, and didn't try to fool me, especially being a female. I will absolutely use them for my other car-Benz and will refer every BMW owners to them!!

I don't have a JAGUAR S-TYPE anymore (Just sold last week) but if you do, this is the shop to go if you live in the Philly-NJ area.Shaun is a Jag-pro and totally trustworthy. I had a Jaguar for about 3 years and he always took care of me and did it honestly, quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this garage.

I visited for a Service B and Shawn did a great job, it was quick, reasonable priced, Wi-Fi and drink-snack in waiting room, good quality parts, and good explanation of what is needed now and in the future. I have another Merc-B that I will bring in to shawn for service.

Actually, better service than the Mercedes dealership for what I need - regardless of the price difference - because Shawn EXPLAINS MORE... and I like to know what is taking place with my cars.
