Recently, my Bimmer was quite ill and I feared the worst. Starter seemed to be struggling and ghastly noses coming from under his hood. But listens to every word i said and relays it to the specialists who take the time to find the problem. Not only did he fix what's needed. but he solved few other problems i was having.

There was a time when I would've told anyone "Don't buy a BMW, it'll drain your wallet & break your heart". But the fine folks at Desi Auto Care do a great job keeping my temperamental old guy going at prices I can afford.

The mechanics at Desi are straightforward.They put my beloved Acura MDX on the lift & showed me how how I wasn’t even close to needing one of the other garage’s recommended repairs. In the course of routine maintenance they’ll monitor it & let me know when it’s necessary.

Just had an appointment for a broken oil filter housing mount. They started the work on time, finished earlier than expected & I was comfortable enough in the waiting room with free coffee, sodas, snacks!!

I left my wallet with ID card, debit cards and at least $200 cash on the waiting room chair. Sam called me and returned it without anything missing. His price for Mini-Cooper repair is UNBEATABLE. Will return next week for steering work.

Sean personally inspected my 2014 BMW and told me "I only see your rear brakes need to be changed, you don't even need to do it right now. Other than that you got a really good car." This is the definition of shop-honesty.

Had rotors and brake pads done on my Acura MDX (Rotors damaged thanks to dealer job) Eventually when Desi Auto Care fixed it, saved me nice chunk of money. This is the type of shop I would send my wife or mother to and not worry about them being taken advantage of. I usually have all my work done at dealer. Not anymore. Sam and his crew knows how to keep my Acura in good shape.

After dealing with a dead battery, and then after failed attempts to jump start my Land Rover LR3, what i believed to be a malfunctioning starter or alternator, we had our car towed to Desi Auto Care after business hours.

Leslie called the next day to say that the engine only required a new connection to the starter,a part that cost $27. Ryan replaced part and a replaced tail light bulb, which he noticed was out. He also fully charged up the battery and topped off the oil without any charge and without my request. He done complete service i couldn't be more impressed with his integrity and ability to repair so quickly.

This shop is over 46 miles from my home but it is worth the trip. Not only did Sam save me $625 as opposed to my Princeton dealer prices but he came in under his estimation. I had front brake pads and rotors replaced, they diagnosed the Land Rover and told me I was correct about a misfire so I had them replace the plugs and coil as well. Now my LR-HSE driving better than ever.

The entire shop is a great place all around, clean facility, friendly staff. They play with my dog and even let me wait with my dog inside!

I came here for a brake/disk replacement around Labor day. They got it done quickly and painlessly! Then last week, the splash guard on my BMW 5 Series came loose and started getting caught while driving, making awful, loud noises. I drive it right here to have them take a look and fix it for me. Chris immediately got it done for me in 10 min! Big Help!

I took my six years old Volkswagen there for rear strut replacement after crazy estimate at the dealer. I ended up getting a much better price, match fastor job. Much better treatment. When I asked if I can see work in progress. Sean escorted me into the shop to take a look at my Volkswagen being fixed which you will never experience at the dealer. when I saw the invoice I had a nice smile on my face and all I can say is I'm happy.

My Mini Cooper Hardtop engine overheated and trying to figure out where to send my car, I called my mechanic near my home, he told me they don't work on MINI's. I asked if he could recommend anyone else, he gave me a number for Desi Auto Care. Turns out the damage was pretty bad, and after their assessment, I approved the job. These folks are very honest and I'm inclined to get a Mini or a BMW as a replacement car solely because I've found technicians at Desi Auto Care.

I had a check engine light on my Audi and they surely could have charged me for unnecessary diagnostics and repairs, but Shawn recommended that I replace my gas cap to see if I could clear the code cheaply before doing the costly work. The advice paid off and I really appreciated the honesty, will be coming back with all my Audi-related business!

Fixed my headlight, tire, and power steering with no notice - i just walked in, pretty desperate for immediate help because of family emergency. Sean fixed all those things swiftly - and at a super reasonable rate. He helped fix my Mercedes Benz window, without which I couldn't have driven. (The regulator was off, so the window wasn't rising electronically.) He fashioned this incredible DIY treatment: it was a physics/structural and ergodynamic wonder!

I've been going here for so many yrs, Sean...I ALWAYS use him on the really complicated VW issues; he is well versed in the weirdness of '08 Volkswagen R32! I use other shops for the easy stuff because they are closer to my work. But the heavy stuff I go to Sean. Another thing is Sean and Sam may be two of the kindest gentlemen in the car game. Over the years they have saved me thousands of dollars over the Dealership. Plus they are fun! Thanks Guys.

Clutch and alternator wasn't working properly and found this nearby Desi Auto Care on White Horse Pike, so we'll call it a happy accident. Family owned and operated: I've never seen a German repair shop more transparent about cost and markup. Sean followed me to my car (next parking lot) and charged the battery so I could pull in.

Fair price and he is extremely knowledgeable about MINI Cooper JCW. He said you're fine; you don't need new alternator, but need battery instead. And finish Clutch job next day. I highly recommend Sean.

For my Porsche Macan 2015 for pre-purchase inspection. I showed up at lunch time and the Andrew to took on the inspection and was completed ahead of time. he was amazingly through and helped me evaluate pricing. thanks to the inspection, I bargain and bought the Porsche at few Thousand$ less.

Finding a shop to work on my '02 SAAB 9-5 is a difficult venture. Luckily found Desi Auto Care and I normally work on my own cars. But this was something beyond my level of mechanical understanding. Despite the difficulties finding Sasb parts, Sam had my car ready one day earlier. Excellent service on my Saab!

Ahh I'm thankful to deal auto care. I was the owner of fine BMWCi. Andrew managed to keep it running for 3 more years. He is always very accommodating and explained why he had to do this repair.

Ryan is great to work with tells me what i really needs and doesn't take advantage of me. I drop my '12 Mini Cooper off and it's ready when he says it will be. He even works on some Saturdays late evenings. I had a problem with my HEAT he checked it for nothing and put me at ease that is was just a thermostat adjustment. He is replacing all my belts in the Mini next week. Overall it's a good shop.

Next Friday my sister-in-law also going to Desi Auto Care for Mini Cooper timing chain loud noise issues.

Brought my Mercedes S-Class into Desi Auto to have the PSE pump programmed. Shaun was quick and charged a reasonable amount; one shop in Mount Holly charges TRIPPLE the price and would have taken 3.7 hours compared to the 35 minutes Shaun took. Definitely bringing my Benz back for other things that need work on. I would definitely recommend.

As a father with a daughter living away from hometown, her car problems are cause for concern. When my daughter called with a misfire on her MINI Cooper Clubman, I searched for shops online through various forums and read consistently good things about Dedi Auto Care.

Shawn was kind enough to install spark plug wires we purchased elsewhere and charge only for installation. After that did not resolve the misfire, he diagnosed in depth and repaired her MINI within a day. Shawn is a MINI Guru.
