The earbuds will not stay on! I tried all the sizes and my friend try it too and they fall off immediately. Sounds quality pretty bad as well. Returning.

The response to my warranty claim was quick, easy and hassle free. I appreciate that. This is my second pair of headphones and they have been great. My only issue is they get tangled up all the time. Not as convenient as the retractable head set I used to use. My doctor saw me wearing them and said get rid of those right now. You are radiating your brain and recommended I buy Defender Shield headphones. It was a good thing to do. I had an experience 2 years ago with a Smartwatch I had worn for several months. I noticed pain in my arm and when I stopped wearing it the pain went away. I don't use Bluetooth anymore. People need to be more aware of the dangers of EMF. Thank you.

The pouch part itself is five stars but the strap and cheap plastic hardware leave me insecure about its strength if I’m out and about. I can’t just throw it on and forget about it. Also, The flimsy strap makes it so that it moves around my body to the back of my body unlike other similar type cross body pouches with more substantial straps that stay to the front of the body.

I ordered my second telephone carry case from this company. My first one lasted five years before showing wear. That is with me carrying it in my back pocket everyday. My second one came very fast and is made with quality materials. Thank you.

I ordered an iPhone 17 pro case & received an iPhone 17 case, which won’t fit my phone. After a couple of emails I discovered the company doesn’t do refunds but if I paid to send it back, & reordered, they would send the 17 pro case, which they do indeed make. So I sent the case back & reordered, and got the SAME 17 case again. Have requested a refund since this is still not a case I can use and have yet to hear from them.
UPDATE 4-17-26: Within a day of posting this review, I was contacted by the Defender Team ( a total of 7 emails!) and was refunded for both incorrect cases, a well as expediting the order of the correct case. Their suggestion was that they might have an incorrect link on their web page, and were looking into the problem. Their responses were above and beyond what I expected, and we could all wish to receive such service on all of our transactions! I now have a new case ( my second defender case) and feel that both my expensive phone and my self are well protected.

My headphones stopped working on the right side. I emailed them right away and they sent me out a new pair! I would work with this company again as they stand by their product!
