Warranty
(One Year Limited)
DefenderShield warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. During this period, DefenderShield will replace defective products at no cost to the customer.
This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by drops, typical wear and tear over time, the natural breakdown of colors, the materials with use, accident, unreasonable use, improper care, modifications, alterations or negligence.
DefenderShield EMF Shielding by the Yard and Wallpaper is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not covered by the One Year Limited Warranty due to its custom measurements.
DefenderShield makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this product other than as set forth below. DefenderShield makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.
The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

Great customer service
Great customer service. My last fanny pack was 6 years old but it got taken from my luggage. I replaced it and the new one started fraying about 5 months in. They replaced it promptly. I am very pleased.

I just wished that the goal for free shipping would not be so expensive/high as the cost of everything has also increased. I understand that you also have to adjust, but those of us (loyal customers) who can't always afford to buy more or buy your products at regular price end up paying regular price for sale items at checkout.

This instance was a warranty exchange. The form was simple to fill out and I submitted a simple picture and explanation. They ok’d the warranty exchange within a day and shipped them the next day. Great service.

Quality products with good service
The items I have purchased from Defender Shield appear to be of a high quality. I have not tested them with an EMF device personally, so I do not know of the full efficacy of their ability to protect me from EMF rays. The blanket is made well and other items I have purchased have been sturdy and have met my health concerns in this 5G world.

I had purchased this item previously…
I had purchased this item previously for another cell phone and it worked very well. The phone stayed securely inside the case. However, the glue on the back of the magnet that holds the phone in the case did not work this time - likely because it had deteriorated and was old. A new magnet was shipped to me but it suffers from the same defect. Disappointed.
