This was the worst experience I could have imagined. I worked for months to correct basic errors the company made on my custom piece - misspellings, off-centered images, and more. My final piece contained errors I made clear I was concerned about from the start, but after going back and forth with the company for 5 months, I accepted the final piece to finally put this terrible experience behind me. If you have a special piece you’d like to have made, save yourself the headache and waste of money and work with another company. Custom made charges like professionals in the craft but are anything but that.

This was a fun passion project for me. Creating a signet ring with my family crest has been a dream for a long time. Everyone I worked with at Custom Made was truly exceptional. Follow up was always quick and I had my ring even before the promised in-hand date. I was thrilled with the outcome and everyone has commented on my new ring. A great experience for sure.

Every step of the way, the staff and people creating my custom engagement ring, were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in making sure my engagement was amazing.
After proposing and giving the ring to my Fiancé, I told her if she wants any adjustments or tweaks, we can send it back to have changes made. She got mad at me, saying I can never take the ring away from her now.

From the start of the project to the end, the team was highly communicative, helpful, and transparent. They found work arounds in the budget so that I could get the exact piece I envisioned without compromising my pocketbook or the end product. Speaking of the final product: BLOWN AWAY. So gorgeous, SUCH high quality, an absolute showstopper that is now a family heirloom piece. They were amazing at every stage in the process and I HIGHLY recommend utilizing them.

I actually had other jewelers bidding this project and I was able to get a bigger, fancier, customized piece for less money through CustomMade than any other shop. CHECK THEM OUT!!!

100% Recommended. They entire ring building process was streamlined from start to finish and my input was the driving factor. I started with a few suggestions of what I wanted to put on her ring and Colin right from the beginning sent me 8 ideas to match. After narrowing it down his team sent me a handful of drawn designs which we modified. Then modified again a few more times until I was pleased with the outcome. After 3D rendering it, I knew it was the one I wanted to give her. The process of bringing it to life began, and Colin gave me play by plays the whole time. Then came the day, she said Yes! She was stunned by the ring, and so are my friends and family. We're definitely coming back for the wedding bands! Huge thanks to Colin and the whole team of talented Jewelers who made this major chapter of my life come to be.

The people who were working with me were very helpful throughout the whole process. If you have a question they get back to you very fast with clarity. The quality of rings they make is amazing. You definitely get what you paid for.

So good I bought myself a ring too, just because! Like a fairy godmother, they got me everything I wanted. Their customer service is exemplary, they helped me with every aspect of designing my engagement ring until it was a perfect design. They dont move on to the next step until you are ready and completely satisfied with the design. The ring could not have come out any better! I will be shopping CustomMade again.

Custom made was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process! They were very good at communicating the whole time and created the most beautiful work of art that i have ever seen. when i opened that ring box i was truly blown away by how beautiful and perfect it was, not to mention the little goodies that they included which i was not expecting! i would HIGHLY recommend custom made to anyone that wants to create a custom piece for their special day. i will definitely be reaching out when its time to create her wedding ring as well. thank you to everyone who did such an amazing job!

I had to unfortunately remake my fiancée’s ring due to them losing it. However, the experience remaking it with custom made was incredible. I hardly had to do anything because they collaborated with my insurance company who took care of everything. All I really had to do was confirm the sizing and my shipping address. It was an amazing experience even though for unfortunate reasons.

They really did an awesome job on my fiancèe's ring! It was a fairly non-traditional ring, and they immediately picked up on our vision for it, and they executed flawlessly. They were incredibly easy to work with and very communicative.

I started my project in 2020 or 2021. I was unsure of what I wanted and kept being hesitant. Everytime I had a question during that time it was answered promptly. Now when I was ready to purchase, the process was smooth from start to finish. I was update on the progress every step of the way. They really made it easy and convenient. My experience with Custom Made has been incredible. From the first enquiry, Emily made the process seamless and provided so much support. When I put the project on hold for 6 months due to the purchase of my house, Emily was supportive and let me know I can pick it back up whenever I am ready! The communication was amazing, and very prompt - I never felt as if I didn’t know what stage my project was at.

For the initial enquiry, I provided a few images and detailed my favourite parts of them, and advised my budget. Emily worked hard to ensure we could create my partner’s dream ring within the necessary budget without needing to sacrifice any details! The quote I received was very reasonable, I thought it might be too good to be true; regardless, I stuck with Custom Made and have come out with the most incredible Sapphire engagement ring for my partner. As I am in the UK, I had to pay customs charges on my parcel (as I was advised prior), but even with 22.5% added on (July 2025 charge) the total cost was a fraction of what I would have paid for something similar at both local and online jewellers!

Delivery was seamless, the ring was ready 3 weeks early, and was shipped US to UK in 2 business days.

I have never seen a more detailed or stunning ring than what I have received from Custom Made. You can tell a lot of work has gone in to making it, and the attention to detail is incredible.

From beginning to end my experience was better than expected. I was able to communicate with real people and everything was smooth and easy. It was hard for me to pick out a ring from a store to buy my future wife. Instead I started drawing my own ring and created one that I believed my girlfriend would love. The next part was tough because I had this awesome ring design but didn’t know how to create a ring and when I stumbled on the Custom Made website it answered all my questions. I was paired with someone from Custom Made who listened to my requests and was extremely patient with me. They made an awesome ring for me and the technology they use to create my dream ring from paper to real life is incredible. Truly a wonderful experience and the package that the ring came in was awesome. It is great to know there are people out there who actually care about the customer.

The experience was painless and easy from start to finish. Each team member was helpful, responsive and friendly, and made sure I was kept informed of progress throughout. They helped me turn my rough sketch idea into a reality and the finished piece turned out much better than I had previously envisioned. I reached out to Custom Made to create a family pendant that I can gift my sons when they graduate from college that has our family crest on one side and the Cristus on the other. So much i could say about my experience.
The communication with my designer was efficient. I always got a reply within the same day. From start to finish allot of details were discussed and never went any further until i was happy with the corrections.
I will point out that the pictures do not do it justice. It was way more beautiful in real life. (Don't use the pictures for size reference as it is deceiving. Ask for photo of the ring on a finger before final approval) though smaller than i expected it was still more than enough ring for a finger. Any more and it would look tacky.
I worked on my project for at least 4 months from beginning to delivered, due to the fact i made changes. I wanted my soon to be wife's ring perfect and got and paid for perfect. Better and more unique than any store bought ring. Upon delivery i was very impressed with the packaging and display. High quality and thoughtful would be how i would describe it.
