Recently had a customized ring and though I was concerned with trusting the process, I had frequent updates and was included in the entire process up to the completion of the ring. The finished product was very well done and if I decide to have another custom project, I will definitely trust using them again.

The service they provide is top notch. They will send you updates on whats going on and the status of the ring. They rings they design is absolutely stunning they'll work with you on the design process and show you a 3D render so you can see how they ring will look and if you want to make any changes. They also made it easy to pick out the center stone and will show you options and will look for a center stone for you and show it to you before they begin to make the ring. My experience was amazing with them I would 100% recommend them if you want a custom engagement ring they make the most unique designs.

My whole experience with Custome Made from start to finish was flawless. I wanted to surprise my wife with an Engagement ring that matches our new special designed wedding bands for our 10 year anniversary. So within 2 months I had my concept in my head to 3D rendered, changed several times and made and delivered and it matched perfectly.

CustomMade project was a great experience. They were responsive, communicative and efficient. We asked for some changes and some more detailed technical information along the way and they were very helpful. The finished product, a family crest ring, is now an heirloom and a high-quality piece we are proud to pass on in the family. And, delivered ahead of expected date.

I was really paranoid about picking the wrong custom ring company, and I am happy and lucky I landed on CustomMade. They were great about the whole design process. The back and forth, the edits, the timeline, etc. All was great. They were a great balance between budget but quality.

Designing a ring with Custom Made was one of the most frustrating endeavors I've had. I repeatedly would request the same things (size no bigger than 3mm, symmetrical design) and they continually provided sketches that did not include both of these elements. At the end it was clear they were using AI as the answers were also "yea great idea" while forgetting the details I had requested. I was extremely frustrated that I had to keep repeating myself and that there was no chance to have a call or video call with the actual designer, that is if they actually have one. I was looking for creative designs and was given the same thing over and over again. It was a BAD and TERRIBLE experience and I would never recommend this brand. Thank goodness I still have so much time because I would have ended up with a botched wedding band if I didn't.

I have used CustomMade to design both the engagement ring for my Fiance and our wedding rings. I have been consistently impressed with the timeliness, quality, and flexibility of the team of employees that I have interacted with. I provided many annotations and notes on the sketches and renderings provided and they truly did not rest until it was exactly how I wanted it. When I was unsure of the possibilities, they provided detailed guides of the options and expert opinions that provided the pathway to clear decision making. The quality of the final products received is impeccable and at a comparable price to non-custom pieces in many stores. If you want a custom ring, I can not imagine a better option than CustomMade. My (future) wife and I will cherish these pieces for the rest of our lives.

My fiance had custom made my engagement ring via CustomMade— so I knew I wanted to go through them for my wedding band. I envisioned wearing them together. The process was smooth, and super fast. I love my band and I’m sad I have some time before I can wear it. Turned out perfect.

My experience with CustomMade.com was so great! I was a little skeptical buying such an important item online. Their whole step-by-step process and communication, along with great reviews, made it such a nice experience. The person who was my contact through the whole process also helped with the design and had great ideas and feedback. In the end the ring was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend!

It’s difficult to find a place that can custom make rings exactly the way you picture it but gee golly they did it. They made sketch concepts until it was just the way I wanted. After they made the ring they let me put an inscription on it and made any modifications I asked for AND they didn’t try to push me for anything I didn’t want like every other place did. Like they were just wonderful. Now I have a dream engagement ring and I will be returning for a dream wedding ring.

This company is great. I was looking to have a specific ring made and I found them on internet. I was hesitant at first because I didn’t know how they would be. They were the best. They kept me up to date with everything that was going on. They took pictures of what I wanted and sent them to me to see if this is what I wanted. It was an awesome experience and at the end I have this beautiful ring built like I requested. I would recommend them 100% to anyone and I will of course use them again in future.

Making my dream ring a reality
Being able to work with the employees at CustomMade.com helped me create my dream ring for my fiancé. Being a wlw couple, finding rings that would fit her interests proved to be a difficult challenge. We absolutely love small businesses and I came across CustomMade while doing a search. Working with them made the process a whole lot easier while also adding a personal touch to the experience. Careful, thoughtful, responsive communication throughout the process of design, manufacture, and quality control. Every effort was made to identify and respond to my preferences. Remade the first version as they identified a flaw that was not a significant issue for me. Final product exceeded my expectations.

This was truly the easiest/most personal way I could imagine buying a ring! I had an idea of what I wanted (then changed that idea a bunch) and ended up with the most beautiful and unique ring! Emily was amazing and soo helpful! I can’t thank you all enough!

We used Custom made for my ring and my now wife's ring wedding ring and band. They were amazing to work with. Communication was top tier, we never felt like any question was too small to ask. Nix was our main point of contact for both rings and they were amazing and we are so lucky that they were with us for the both rings. When we had to get a ring resized and fixed they were able to work with our timeline to repair and ship the ring back in time for our engagement party. We had no issues with shipping and everything was packaged with care. We enjoyed the pictures before the shipped to finished piece. They were able to take the pictures we sent to them and make them into perfect rings. I will always go back to them if/when we need rings. 10/10 great company!
