Our purchase was a seamless experience with an absolutely PERFECT outcome! Custom Made was able to replicate a 120 year old enameled signet ring that was given to my husbands grandfather when he left for the US from Argentina. I love the care and detail that went in to creating this beautiful piece, and wear it proudly everyday!

I was searching for a personalized fraternity ring that would be unique. Many sites sell them, but they are very cookie cutter types. I discovered CustomMade and it was the best decision I could have made. Great service, very responsive and collaborative in the design process. I needed something hypoallergenic and they helped me through that process. I’m very satisfied with purchase and would highly recommend for a customized experience.

The best part was to be able to customize design a ring to say “I love you” in a greater way to my significant other. Custom Made works great especially if you have a higher budget, but there were some challenges with my smaller budget. The options and process are high quality. One challenging part is that there was a little confusion resulting from poor communication a couple times:
I wasn’t told the dimensions of the Ring till I asked and found it was bulkier than I wanted. Second, I had thought that the price was for the Ring and band, but it was actually just for the Ring, so the price ended up higher than expected.

Recently had a ring sculpted with this company and the gorgeous results speak for themselves!

The company is full of lovely and friendly individuals, who take their time and duties serious.

From idea to finger took me just about a month and for the quality I got that was way to quick!

The staff will dutifully take you through major steps with detailed descriptions and guidelines all along the way to keep you from being overwhelmed or lost.

They will bring any concepts you can dream to life and go back at any time if you think of something new!

Im always skeptical about certain companies online, especially for getting an engagement ring. But custommade was such a pleasure to work with, there custom support and design team are phenomenal. They exceeded my expectations by a long shot, will be using them again.

This entire adventure started when I lost a cherished ring…on my birthday, no less.
I searched on-line and found Custom Made, who had stellar reviews.
They weren’t lying.
Custom Made was very patient with my pedantic requests. If I have any criticisms it would be that of the five or so reps that handled my process (different ones for different stages of design & production) not all were as diligent and prompt with correspondence.
And yet, upon completion, what they produced for me was an immaculate piece of jewelry that is uniquely me.
Truly…Custom Made.
Two days after receiving it I had an audience member approach me after a show, not to complement me on my performance...but to tell me how much she liked my ring!
I will cherish it for decades.
Unless, of course, I lose it. And, if that should happen (hopefully not on my birthday) I will reach out to them immediately for a new one. Next time...in Platinum!

Everything, from the team that was super helpful and polite, to the craftsmanship, that was exquisite and honestly breathtaking, to the unmatched customer support, was amazing! I needed additional assistance with international shipping (additional paperwork and red tape) and even after the project was shipped they provided me with all the necessary documentation super quickly and they were extremely helpful nearly a month after the ring was made and sent.

So had this idea for a ring for a close group of friends, wanted something unique. So I contacted custom made.com with my idea. I received an email back from the design team within 12 hrs. After giving them my first idea they designed the ring. Of course I came up with additions several times. They made adjustments, and then it was time for production. During this whole process I was sent images of the ring design. After the final approval the ring was sent for production. A week and a half later, I had the ring in my hands. I was so impressed with how easy the whole process was handled. Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced with any company. Great product and great staff!

I had a delightful time working with the team at CustomMade designing my wife's signet ring. They worked with me to figure out the initial design, happily made numerous changes both large and small, and even full design overhauls, until we discovered the precise combination that made my wife her perfect ring.

They're communications were consistent, constantly updating me during every step of the process, their responses swift, usually within hours to the next day at most, and they were positive and professional throughout the entire process.

This is my second time working with CustomMade and I would be more than happy to work with them again and to recommend them to anyone looking for custom designs.

While communication and completion was a little delayed once it was explained I was completely satisfied. The engagement ring was everything my fiancé could have asked for. The craftsmanship is above reproach and the center stone is absolutely gorgeous and expertly cut.

Terrible quality (arrived and was already broken) and was denied a refund for several months. Don't waste your time.
