I placed an order. There was no confirmation of despatch or any idea where it was after a few days. I enquired was told it was out of stock. I wasn’t informed of this at any stage previously. The chat system went offline when I said I wanted to cancel the order. I couldn’t reconnect. So I went elsewhere for the item. Then it turns up a week or so later! I also didn’t get my 25% off you had been plying me with to get me to order. So all in all a poor service!

I ordered a vacuum cleaner on a next day delivery to be delivered Monday it's Thursday today and it's not arrived checked the tracking and it's been returned to sender.

The removal of annual delivery pass has deterred me from shopping with you as much. Majority of shopping is now on line and you are lining your pockets remove the above facility.

The recent hot weather prompted me to get a decent summer bathrobe that was both cool enough and of a material that didn't slip and would stay done up - a much harder remit than one would imagine. I saw this cotton jersey rob from Bon Prix which seemed to tick all the boxes and at a fantastic price, and so it has proved. It's lightweight and cool, with a tie closure that stays done up and doesn't slip or all the front to gape like all the other such robes I've bought. Great colour and design, and just the right length, with two big patch pockets. It really is just about as perfect as one could ask for. Highly recommended.

Great and easy access, quick delivery

Great range of clothes, good value for money. However, I’ve ordered things on the website and only had some of the items delivered. I then get an email to say that they are waiting for stock. This has happened more than once.

Took 25 minutes to get through to customer services even though I was number 1 in the queue. But when I got through the operator was very helpful.would better to have more people to answer phones
