Items haven't been delivered yet

My order has not been delivered. Had an email to say its delayed. Not good enough as its suppised to have been despatched. Still dont know when it will arrive or why its delayed.

I love Curvissa. There is something for everyone of all shapes and sizes. The selection is on trend for all ages. You can buy clothes and shoes as well as household, outdoor and electrical items. All in one place. What's not to love?!

I have only received half if the order and both are not as expected. I chose the filter for bras with preformed cups and ordered from that list, but what arrived has soft unlined cups so will have to be returned. I'm hoping the rest of the order will be delivered soon and will be as expected.

Usually ok enough, but not this time! Offered free next day delivery but it didn't deliver until 5 days after I placed my order. The next day the item I ordered (which I only ordered because of the next day delivery offer!) was reduced in price. Evri have failed multiple collections as Freeman's won't honour the price (found cheaper on Amazon) and I asked Freeman's to match the Amazon price, which I sent a screenshot of for proof, but they offered 10% which didn't even reduce it to the offer price they're currently selling it at(!) and when I asked for flexibility based on the whole shocking experience they've ignored me. But the did ask me to leave a Trust pilot review based on my experience.... So there it is! 1* and crap customer service. Unlikely to order through them again despite having been a loyal customer to the group for many years.

Oh, and they don't have a complaints email and just tell you to use their 'contact us' page which is just the customer service team who don't give a damn about anything

Good choice for larger sizes with options for most budgets. Super swift delivery came next day and didn't order ndd.

The ordering and delivery processes were very efficient with regular updates. I deducted a star as the incorrect item was sent due to a warehouse error. Customer services once aware of this quickly rectified the issue ensuring I was fully reimbursed and assisted in replacing the wrongly sent item so 5 stars for their work

Having gone through the process of setting up a new account and unfortunately placing a new order on 23rd August I have now been trying to cancel the order without any success whatsoever. There was nothing available on my new account to cancel plus I contacted curvissa on 3 occasions without any success. So my experience with curvissa has been abysmal. At the present moment I have no idea if my order has been delivered or cancelled. Very poor customer service. I will close my account and never use curvissa again

All good. Delivery was as expected.

The code I used gave 20% discount and free next day delivery but although I did get money off my order I’m still waiting to receive my items 5 days later.

Easy to navigate website, no problem with ordering, kept informed of progress of the order.

I ordered 5 items with their Bonprix label, in size 22/24 and 2 jumpers of a diiferent label in the same size, and 2 bras size 46E! They arrived very quickly in fairness to the company, the very next day! The size 22/24 were actually labelled UK/US XL!I would never knowingly buy a size XL, because I know it would never fit me. The bras I measured with a tape, they were 39 inches in circumference & not the required 46! The Bonprix label clothing was shockingly small, yet the 2 jumpers of another label were too big and baggy! The lot had to go back, but it took a couple of days for the return to appear on the website. To add to my frustrations, they didn't even send a return label, it's a good job I've got a printer! On the whole it was a shocking experience! Not impressed one bit, Bonprix sizing/labels are a joke, how can they be sized for both UK & US, when US is smaller than UK sizing! !

Everything is easy when it comes to ordering and paying. The delivery was quick too. However, there are no item reviews to help me make my decision. I had to look for reviews on different websites.

There was a good offer on at the time of buying so I chose Curvissa. Otherwise I’d have probably bought from one of the site I visited to look for reviews. It was a bit of a waff.

Easy to navigate website and order products. Delivery is quick and products are of good quality and standard.

The swimming costumes I ordered in a size 20. I had to return them. I'm between an 18/20 and they were small.
