At last bra at the right price, I been looking everywhere, 2 for £16 and super colours ,I got purple and orange bra wow ,The only sad thing is no matching knickers to go with them

Non-existent customer service. Ordered an item for next day delivery, got messages on delivery day that they couldn't deliver. Because I was going away, and their couriers tend to dump parcels in the street, I went on the Live Chat to say there was no point them sending it, as I had wanted it for my holiday. They said it was impossible to cancel. Now there's a charge on my account for something I haven't received, and I can't contact anyone to have it removed. Web chat doesn't seem to work, and the phone line advises calling back later. I have also emailed but no reply. Have tried every day for a week, but can't get hold of anyone. Shocking 'service' - feels like they're going under.

The weather currently is very warm and lightweight nightwear was needed, there was a good choice on the Curvissa site. Both order was placed and arrived exactly as advised.

Delivery was quick. As yet vacuum has not been used. Having a long charge.

Everything i ordered fit perfectly and is well made, i don’t have a single complaint, quick delivery. Would and will buy from here again.

Placed an order for 4 tops, after measuring myself according to their size chart. All 4 tops were at least 2 sizes smaller than my size so obviously they had to be returned. Completed my return 5 days ago, still no refund. Their customer service is absolutely useless or even non-existent, the live chat told me that there were no human agents working at the moment (mid-day on a working day), phone was not answered even though my place in queue was nr1 from the beginning of the call. I gave up after 40min waiting. I opened a dispute with my bank.

I bought a plain black t shirt which is a good fit and a good length. It is exactly what I wanted

I have used this site multiple times in the past few years. Needed a fuss free pair of trousers for everyday use and I wasn't in the mood to shop in person. The site was easy to navigate but had limited choice. I picked 3 pairs from different vendors. I was dissappointed with the fabric and sizing. Items came up too small. I gave up after 2 return attempts.

Good communication/updates. Quality products; ordered multiple trousers for suitability for wedding attendance.
Just one note of feedback is the return policy which didn’t indicate that I should ask for tracking which I was told by a friend today.

I kept looking at this jacket for a while, then decided to send for it. I wanted it as a tidy jacket for the cooler weather. Great, prompt delivery, well packaged. The jacket on opening looked really nice perfect length and that's where it stopped being nice. For a jacket, the sleeves were far too restrictive. They needed to be at least 2"/ 5cms wider to start with. There is no way I'd be able to wear a jumper underneath it albeit a thin one. Gutted, it's been returned today. The three stars is mostly for the delivery.

Found it hard to return an item had to take it to the Post office as person on phone was no help at all

I’m writing to follow up on a transaction issue that has yet to be resolved, despite multiple attempts to get support. I first reached out via live chat on the 4th and was advised to wait until the 5th, which I did. On the 6th, I called and was told I would be contacted shortly. However, no one has reached out to me since then.
Since that time, I have followed up several times via phone and live chat. Each time, I’ve been told that the issue is being worked on, yet no actual progress has been communicated to me. I find it quite frustrating that I always have to initiate contact, and no one from your team has provided updates or taken ownership of resolving the matter.
At this point, I would prefer for the transaction to be closed so that I can go ahead and place a new one without any further delays or confusion. I believe I have been patient enough, and I hope this can be resolved quickly.
Please confirm once the transaction has been officially closed.
