I asked for a callback to book a cruise and, although I didn't specify a time, the call was received in a timely manner. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable about the booking I wanted to make and the items that I would liek that were different to normal. The process was very easy

Excellent customer service from Andy. We had a cruise booked and with sudden health issues we felt the need to cancel. We were offered to transfer our deposit to another cruise at a later date thus avoiding a loss. Andy very kindly talked us through and helped us make changes.
