Excellent service easy to pick up web order

Paint didn't arrive when advised and still hasn't; no communication.

Just so easy. Rang ahead as only one tin and on my dinner hour before collection time. They said I could collect it. Very friendly and helpful....first time using. Will use again.

Positive, very helpful guy serving.
Appreciated his advice. Also offered me free samples of discontinued line of paint for craft work.

Seeing as you've asked.
I ordered my paint five days ago and haven't received it yet.
I sincerely hope you don't decide that you're out of stock.

Delivery was due today and has not arrived despite me arranging to stay in all day.

I've had no communication to advise that it would be late and there will not be anyone here if it's delivered tomorrow.

Unreliable with no communication.

Great customer service, prompt delivery exactly when stated. Would recommend

Friendly and helpful.
Nothing too much trouble!
Thank you!

Used the Blackpool store today and I’m disappointed that they didn’t allow a legal refund that was within their terms and conditions.

I ordered a wrong size by accident, I know this was my silly mistake (click and collect) and asked the counter staff if I could return it as it wasn’t big enough ( I hadn’t left the store with the product). He told me I couldn’t and that I would have to get in contact with the website to arrange. So as I’d made the mistake I paid more money to get the correct size.

I looked at the terms and conditions on the website and he should have processed the return. So now I’m out of pocket because he would not let me exercise my legal distance selling rights. The product was 60% more expensive as a result over a competitor.
