Worst Service, Don’t Buy Products from Online , I bought a AC, Which was Defective Products not ready to Replace as they say it’s online. It’s already 8 Days still not yet resolved. No after Service Support after Purchase

I have purchased croma water dispensers 3 PC . One water dispensers hot water issue . I complaint call center every day until now visit also service man and didn't get any update issues.

Very Very poor, they raise ticket for installation after a week time and repeated calls, faulty product delivered and replacement done but before replacement they offer gift cards to no replacement and to keep faulty product. Response on call after many many calls, behavior on call is not good.

Worse customer care support, we ordered cooler , Next day they delivered product but from day one itself it's not working. When we raised complaint they are simply saying service people is not available . Pathetic service from croma, every time they will ask you to wait. If you ask any more information they will shout at you . Worst customer care experience from croma.

OkDo not buy any product from croma all staff are not alert of the customer when we purchase an item they will tell this ok that is ok when they promise to give a gift they are not alert when we call them they will tell I don't know they iven don't receive the call I don't like to buy any product from croma the staff are hopeless they don't care the customer

Terrible customer service from Croma! Registered a service for my washing machine, but no call from the service person. Tried calling Thrissur showroom 25 times and customer care 12 times (some calls weren't attended). Multiple assurances with timelines, but nothing happened. Bought from Croma, warranty by Croma, but disappointed since 18th-26th March. No bill for service charge either.

No responsible person in call center, no escalation path.

Request: Please develop your system. My washing machine issue is causing trouble at home. Even waiting for their call

I am formally requesting a refund for an order placed on 16 march 2026.

I purchased samsung galaxy watch 8 from croma online website using sbi credit card. However, i cancelled the order within 5 minutes of placing it.
Despite the cancelation being processed, it has now been 9 days and the refund has not yet been credited to my account.

I have attempted to solve this via your telephone support, but I have not received a clear solution.

Very poor service. My TV complaint is pending for more than 2 months. Technician stopped responding and even blocked my number. Highly unprofessional behavior. Not recommended at all.

Nightmare at Croma Borivali
I purchased an LG refrigerator (₹46,800) from Croma Borivali on 16 February 2026. The refrigerator was delivered on 18 February and the installation happened on 19 February. Upon unboxing, my husband found two dents on the refrigerator. When we approached Croma Borivali West, we met Ms. Sujata Borkar and Mr. Anuj, who were extremely rude and unhelpful. Mr. Anuj was cracking jokes on the phone while discussing our issue, and offered a replacement after 15 days, citing stock unavailability.

We received a replacement on 28 February, but it had even more dents. We contacted Croma again, and they provided a third replacement, which had dents on all sides. Mr. Anuj's response was unacceptable, stating they don't open boxes, so they don't know the condition of the product inside.

I contacted LG customer care and shared our experience. The store manager, Mr. Hemant, said he would document everything and asked for photos of the defective units. Despite promises, there was no follow-up. On 21 March 2026, we were called to Croma and offered a LG lower model with fewer features and a lower price. However, they asked us to pay more than the original price, which was unacceptable. On our request to cancel the order , they made us wait for 45 minutes and later said we will do the needful refund. Since no message was received we called up Mr. Hemant who said it would take 10 days to receive the refund.

I urge others to be cautious when dealing with Croma Borivali, as their service is appalling. I've shared my experience to warn others.

CROMA lis limited only to sales. Concentrated on fleecing money in the name of Selling extended warranty and then partner service providers i.e. Onsitego failing / vanishing. Both making money and making fool of customers trusting and purchasing product. Suggest to never buy any product from CROMA. I failed to get AC serviced even after 18 days of registration of service request.

Very worst quality product and very worst service by Croma.

Air filter Jalil ko brush se clean karna hi croma ke liye service hai usse aage ka work market se bi jyada rate me kiya jata hai. Company ka one year free two service vo croma nhi deta hai. Customer ko mazak samajhta hai

Had to request a refund via my credit card company

They refuse to refund orders that are marked on the way with no update in over a month’s time

This company is jokes, avoid at any cost

Croma do sale produce and premise but they are services are not good. I have many times called but not taking action for service.

the zipcare service is only to extract money, even after 10 times service request no one addressed the issue

Please do not waste money on extended warranty zip care of Croma. They falsely promise service which they can’t provide , I had taken zipcare services for 2 Panasonic Acs purchased in baner branch pune Maharashtra . However after company’s warranty ended there has been no response from Croma on the extended warranty which I took for 4 years promising me free services unlimited . I haven’t received a single service , they are not able to send anyone , spent 10k on repairs due to non servicing despite paying for zip care service . No response after repeated follow ups

Pls don’t buy its just a scam , buy extended warranty directly from the manufacturer

Worst experience of croma online. Feels like i have made a mistake buying a laptop from them.
Its been 15 days but they are not able to get a pickup of their defaulted product and deliver a new product.
The only assistance you get is that you’ll get a call back in next 2 hours ( which I don’t know whom they are calling because I haven’t received one yet) or we’ll update everything in next 24 hours.

The frustration level has reached its peak.
I would suggest none of you to please buy from this company because this tests your patience level to extreme points.
