Complaint Regarding Wrong Product Issued – Invoice No: SLA170378482749

I am writing to report an issue regarding a purchase made yesterday at the Croma store in Kukatpally.

We visited the store to purchase an Oppo K13 mobile phone with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. We clearly informed the salesperson about the required specification and even showed a screenshot from the internet confirming the Oppo K13 (8GB RAM, 256GB storage) model.

However, the salesperson provided us with Oppo K13 with only 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, which was not the model we requested. We later realized that the product given to us does not match the specification we asked for.

As per Croma’s usual process, the salesperson should inform the customer about the product specifications before opening the box. In this case, the salesperson did not inform us that the device was 128GB storage, and the box was opened without confirming the correct variant.

Later we came to know that the Oppo K13 (8GB RAM, 256GB storage) model was not available in the store. This information was not communicated to us before the product was opened and billed.

When we raised this concern with the store staff, they offered headphones as compensation, but this is not an appropriate solution to the issue.

My humble request is that Croma should investigate this matter and take appropriate action regarding the behavior of the salesperson and the store manager, and kindly provide a proper resolution for this issue.

Bought a water dispenser on 24th Feb
Rec delivery on 25th Feb
And made a complain on same day that one of the tap is not working and there was a leakage also
Engineer visited on 26th Feb and made a video and confirmed that the piece was defective and need replacement
But till date nothing have been done and now croma team needs more video from me

I have croma TV. One day something went wrong with display. Not showing any display. Customer care booked service for 750/-. Agent came clicked a picture and left without telling any details. On query he said company will call and tell you the problem. It took one week after repeated calls " they said motherboard needs change costing 8000/- .( TV was bought for 11000/-).
I got it repaired with local vendor for 1500/- only.
Croma services are bad.

Unfortunately there is no 0 star rating as the service is soooo pathetic. I bought a window ac from croma online which is pending installation for over a week. Their customer service executives say the same ' SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE SIR...PLEASE WAIT FOR 24 TO 48 HOURS.....WE WILL ESCALATE THE ISSUE AND GET IT RESOLVED'....
They really test our patience.
Even my request for 'return of product' was changed by their customer service team themselves to 'installation and demo' request.
Still I am not sure how the product is, So cannot review the product. Hope atleast the AC works well after installation (If installation is done at all).

I bought a TV from Croma Guwahati, Sixmile. It needs repairing as the display has some problem. I contacted many times, no resolution, service needs to be improved. I think it’s tata brand, and people needs to give that value to customers.

Croma u DNT even deserve. 1 star….these company doesn’t deserve any star as their service is just third grade….koi cheeze kharab ho jaye toh they take months to repair or do anything relate any complaints…last tym also i faced the same issue n now same….seriously I won’t suggest anyone to buy Croma nor i would by any product of it …3rd class service they have ….good for nothing…

I purchased Croma refrigerator three days ago. Yesterday morning they delivered. Third day is passed. I am waiting for installation 👎👎👎

After four days of continuous follow up I asked for refund.

Worst service and products from Croma. They said we give full warranty on the product and when there is a fault they say this part is not included in it.
People are also not very trust and they literally are spoiling the brand image of TATA

I would like to give the Worst Service Award to Croma.
Very poor showroom service. There was no proper response to my queries. Completely a waste of money.

I purchased the product from the Croma showroom in Urapakkam, and it was a very bad experience. The staff informed me that online terms and conditions are different from offline terms, which was not clearly explained at the time of purchase. I feel cheated and disappointed.

Dont Buy Any Extended Warranty of Croma Zip Care. After receiving money, the turnaround time is very high, its better to go with local help instantly in order to avoid sufferance.
Its been 4 Days I have lodged the complaint of AC Repair, still no resolution received.

I ordered a pair of earbuds from the Croma online store, but the delivery never arrived. When I finally called customer support, they casually told me the order would be cancelled and refunded because they have "no stock."
​However, I just checked the website again, and the exact same product is STILL listed as "In Stock" and available for purchase.
​This feels like a scam to collect payments and hold onto customers' money interest-free. If you don't have the item, why are you still accepting orders? Now I am stuck chasing them for a refund while they continue to trick other buyers. Do not order online from them; you likely won't get your product or your money back on time.

Croma is a fraud company. They're 420 and criminals. They take the full price of brand new products and supply factory rejected ones. Don't buy from them.

Croma delivery service is very bad not on time.Machine installation work is very bad.I installed Geaser in my bathroom and it fall down .This incident is very close to unsafe.

I purchased fridge of Electrolux company from Croma, Thane, in October 2025. After just three months, the product has developed cooling issues, indicating that a faulty item was provided. Cooling is its main function, which it is failing to perform.
Despite multiple follow-ups over the last three days, I have not received a single call from customer support. The customer care service is extremely poor. I am asked to wait for 48 hours, and even after the waiting period, there is no response. Instead, I am again told to wait another 24 hours. I would suggest please don't buy anything from Croma
