**Extremely disappointing service from Croma — avoid if you expect proper after-sales support**

I bought an automatic washing machine from Croma, and it started showing an **E10 error**, which meant the machine could not complete its washing cycles.

I raised a service request on **7 August**. On **10 August**, the request was simply closed with the claim that the issue had been resolved — **despite the fact that nobody had even visited my home**.

I raised the same complaint again. Eventually, a technician came, but instead of diagnosing or repairing the problem, he simply told me to make a video the next time the machine stopped working.

Because of these unnecessary delays and the way the service requests were handled, the **warranty expired before I could get the issue properly resolved**. What should have been addressed while the machine was under warranty has now potentially become a chargeable repair.

I contacted Croma customer care and specifically asked whether a service request could really be closed without anyone visiting or actually resolving the problem. I was told that **yes, they can close the request even if no service has been carried out**. This is completely unacceptable.

Croma effectively wasted days by closing complaints without resolving anything, and that delay directly contributed to the warranty expiring.

This has been an absolutely terrible after-sales experience. I will **never buy from Croma again**, whether it is a Croma-branded product or another brand sold through Croma. When something goes wrong, customer service matters just as much as the product itself, and unfortunately Croma has completely failed on that front.

Worst service ever even after buying warranty

I bought a A/C with in one month it started giving trouble and when I raised complaint... they close the service request even with out calling or visiting... if you call back they will open new ticket for the date we are calling so it look like new issue new ticket... and they dont respond back or allow you to speak to their supervisor... .. do not buy anything in Croma.....

Worst retail shop. They deliver faulty product and don't replace them. They disconnect calls and don't call back to replace a faulty product. You need to be ready to go to consumer court if you are planning to buy from them

I ordered online from chroma online store. Haven't recieved the product days after the ETA. They use 3rd party delivery partner and the tracking number they provided for invalid. No problem call support, it's all done by AI and they provided circular copy paste answer. At some point AI even denied there was any existing order placed by me. Not sure how to get my money back now.

It was a very bad experience there because service was worst means very worst. It had been 15 days ali have ordered tv but now also installation was not done yet and they doesn't pick up the call when they pick up they say that tomorrow it will be done then they doesn't pick call for 2 days then again they say it was some emergency so it will be done tomorrow.... I suggest you all to don't buy things from chroma store if you want to buy it. Be in your risk....

It's My worst experience ever.... It's compulsory to give 1 Star.... other Wise I give less than one or zero Star Rating.... Even the customer service is also very bad...even the don't Talk properly to the customer....I would Suggest to not buy any thing from them

He patiently explained the products clearly and helped us choose the right one.

We were regular customer of croma product.
Last time we had a experience of waiting for service. At least they came after 3 weeks.
This time our microwave and washing machine had to be repaired fro past 2and half months nobody came to attend. Never expected a company like croma would do this.
We have other company product. When we complain latest by 0ne week they attend.

One of the most disgusting company in electronic. Coustmer support zero. Lotting the people in the name of service charges.

Bought a Croma branded 50 litres desert cooler from Subhash nagar pacific mall showroom.
1- product issue. cooler doesn't cool, so I file a complaint, technicians visit and say it's working fine.
2- service issue. On call this person called dhanesh gupta speaks super rudely. His words " cooler mein aisa kaunsa part hai jo cool karta hai?"the audacity of this guy. Anyway, He then goes on to say that that the cooler will not cool, you have to make it give cool air. Like add cold water. Sure, so people are supposed to stock 50 litres of cold water in their fridge. Again hilarious 😆. But still I put ice, put cold water, still no cooling. It will only circulate the air in whatever the current room temperature is is what he said as well. At this point I was thinking this sounds like a fan 😂. I mean it's literally called a cooler, and it doesn't cool. And they closed the issue as resolved withouth resolving. I'm not expecting cold AC like air, im expecting cool cooler like air and that it does NOT do.
So anyway faulty product one can still understand but pathetic and ridiculous customer service is not acceptable. Croma needs to train their staff how to talk to customers and not have such clowns on the job who give the stupidest reasons. Sure, loosing one customer won't make a difference to croma but they lost my business to them from here on. Pathetic after sales service croma, not expected.
If a product doesn't do what it's supposed to do then don't sell it.

Completely false promises and fraudulent marketing claims, they claim to provide complete care when you buy the Zip care package, but then later makes you pay for any service cost and tells you that the payment is rejected, never buy from croma or use their Zipcare option

I visited your Croma store at Kamrej today and selected a 32-inch TV. The executive there gave me all the information about the TV, but there was a difference in the price. I saw the exact same TV on the Croma online store for 11,999, whereas at the store it was priced at 14,249.
I was surprised when your executive told me that they would not provide service for items purchased online because they are sold by a third party. When I pointed out that the product still belongs to Croma, he claimed that the TV's material is different and that neither Croma nor the store would guarantee items bought online.
