Friendly places for students and very helpful staff's

The Cube has a vibe of its own, despite being away from town center. It has the perfect environment to provide balance between your studies and enjoyment. The accommodation staff does everything to make you feel comfortable and cater to any problems that you might have during your stay here.

The on site team at the Cube is absolutely second to none, they really go above and beyond to solve any issues promptly and an added bonus is that parcels are taken in and securely stored for you which gives peace of mind. Management also makes a lot of effort to arrange activities to make friends at The Cube, there’s always things going on which definitely adds a real community feel.

The rooms are extremely spacious compared to a lot of halls, some of my friends rooms look like broom cupboards compared to mine- and the added bonus of an en suite is just great. The kitchen spaces are also really nice airy places to spend time and socialise with flatmates.

The main con is that it’s extremely far from art related buildings, there is a bus service but often it doesn’t show up which means a 15 minute walk to get the campus shuttle- however this is not the Cube’s fault by any means, just something to bear in mind.

Overall, extremely worth the money and has a great homely feel to it :))

Cheap accom with good location for those with lectures on west side of campus. Helpful staff and big kitchen / living room in shared flats. Fast wired and wireless internet also.

I came to Loughborough as an international student. Though being away from home, staying at the cube feels like a second home. The common room provided really helps everyone to get along. Every problem raised is immediately solved by the great staff working here.
Great bonding activities and fun stuff is planned by accommodation manager every week.
Other accommodation services, quality of flat/rooms is up to the mark.

A very lovely and cozy place to live with all the facilities. Good communal room for socializing with other flatmates. The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is fantastic, with a warm and friendly attitude.

Avoid any CRM ran accommodations.

At my current accomodation, this is my second year here (likely my last before I move) and many of the major issues plaguing this place have not been heard or fixed despite constant mentionings of it.

There are major issues considering windows that cannot be opened and lack of ventilation, water pressure, and even dirty water at times, as well as issues such as the shower floors molding for multiple residents and nothing being done about it. Also with the recent repairs to the outside of the building, to hear repairs and shouting from the workers and having them look through your windows for half of the year is not fair for the price paid.

The location is helpful as it is close to town, but has constant issues with drunks. You also have to pay a 40-pound fee if you lose your key card. The rent is also rising by 10/20% per year for new folks.

The windows a pretty, but behind them hold a lot of issues that your money is better than. The on-site staff are lovely and helpful, but those who actually hold the power to fix this place do not care.

All the staff were friendly and very helpful, and happy to help us with any concerns we have.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Maintenance is quickly fixed and easily loggable and communication is good letting us know what’s going on and when.

Seren Swansea is near to the city center and very convenient to either Singleton Campus or Bay Campus, around 15-20 minutes by bus. The accommodation is well-equipped with gym, pool table, study area and social area. The staffs are very helpful and there are staff to help you with emergency 24-7. It is a very comfortable place to stay.

Amazing building very Modern to todays date. Lovely reception staff and always about 24 hours a day. Easy to move in, clean rooms.

It is the best accommodation I have ever had in the UK. Staff are so responsible and friendly.rooms are cozy and convenient.

Such a lovely building, super close to the centre. The staff/ reception is super helpful and reply to emails fast.
I haven’t had an issue with them and would definitely recommend. I really enjoy living here :)

Always events going on a very convenient place too live

Lovely place to live, really central so close to all the shops and train stations. Moving in was a smooth process and the staff were lovely however my room and kitchen weren’t clean at all when moving in so had to deep clean before unpacking.

I'm still experiencing things 😆 and it's been great so far.
Good reception, clean environment, organized system and lovely staff members.

My only issue is car parking for students.

St Peter’s Halls Bournemouth has been the place that has felt most like home in my four years at University. The staff are so welcoming and exceptionally friendly and helpful- nothing is to much trouble and nothing is a silly question! I feel so at home here and did within the first 24 hours of moving in which I have never experienced prior to living here. Everything is exactly as pictured and expected as well as being maintained at a high standard . I would recommend living here to anyone as it has made my last year at university very enjoyable - I can relax as soon as I get in the door! If I had found this earlier I would have lived here for all my years at university. It is in the perfect location and the environment allows me to both enjoy and escape from uni life.
