Great place to live and not too expensive at all

Overall Clifton house is a great choice when looking for a solid place to stay for your years at uni. It's really close to Glasgow Uni and it's in a really nice part of Glasgow, making things so much easier for me.
I've moved in just recently and the experience here so far has been faultless. The size of my room it is really impressive and the rest of the building is very well kept with a lot of things you can do in your downtime. The environment here is class, the whole staff are really welcoming and are down to have a good bit of banter. There are always people available at reception, they are really approachable and if there's ever an issue the lads will always have it sorted for you ASAP.
There are so many other things like the events that get put on that make meeting people really easy.
I would highly recommend staying here.

I've loved my time at Leighton, even rebooked the exact same room. Tina and Emma are wonderful and always very helpful. Stuff gets fixed as soon as it can which is lovely and a good job is always done. The placement is right next to my lectures and the gym which is perfect for me and close to town as well. I love the redecorating jobs done in the new rooms makes it so much more homey. Haven't got anything bad to say, love it.

CRM students at Preston has given me a very positive experience to living on campus. The quality of the service is great regarding the well maintained property and very friendly service amongst staff. I find the accommodation to be convenient being as it has a laundry room, social space and right next to UCLAN facilities. There are also regular social activities held here.

Honestly, Before I live at Livi, I compared a lot of accommodations. There are the countless reasons why I finally chose here. The manager and staffs are really kind and give me a lot of help. Moreover, the buildings have the pretty cool exterior and interior designs. Besides, the location is close to the City Central and some unis. There are different kinds of restaurants and supermarkets around it. The most important thing is that the environment is quiet and safe. All in all, if I have an opportunity to rebook it, I'd love to choose it again.

I am so happy staying here at Mary Parker. Before arriving, I contacted them a lot and they were always happy to respond with useful answers. The staff are extremely helpful and always greet you with a smile. The building itself is clean and tidy and the on site facilities are great, it’s even better that there is an on site gym! They hold quiz nights and others like it to make everyone feel welcome. I am extremely happy with my room/ flat. Very tidy and clean when I arrived and if you have any problems, they deal with them straight away. Mary Parker is definitely a place I would recommend, it’s a home away from home

I am staying here at Livin. Truly amazing place for work, study and entertainment. They have a small gym to stay fit as well. The place is equipped with all necessary items. The location is fantastic esp. for a foodie like me. I do not have to travel to any other location to buy something. I am glad that I chose this place. Moreover, the management is very co-operative.

Excellent stay. Sarah and Christian and all the staff were wonderful. First class apartment with excellent facilities close to restaurants and shops. Short walk to city centre. No problems during my stay. The manager Sarah was very professional and helpful. Would recommend highly.

I'm living here now. Glendower House is so nice place.
It is convenient to go to the university and go shopping.
So when I came here at first, I got everything easily.
This stuffs, Zoe and Steve are so kind and they tell me which store is cheap and good shop.
They support and solve problems when I have troubles.
They also organize some events and I get opportunities to meet residents.
So comfortable place!

I am an international student and it is my first year at Glendower House. Actually is amazing and really handy, everything is very well organised and I would not need anything more than what we have. They have everything you need and also a fantastic pro of it is that is literally 3 minutes away from Queen Street ( town ).

I feel like if I were at home here and people are very friendly, it is a wonderful experience.

I like my accommodation at livin. It’s very spacious and close to all main shopping centres,bus stops and university.Staffs are very friendly and caring. I would recommend livin to international students because it’s truly a home away from home.

I’m an international student living at CRM Livin. I love living here from day 1! I love my room, I’ve got a comfortable bed, there is enough room for my clothes and cooking items! Bathroom is great! There is an on-site laundry facility to use plus the benefit of having access to a gym in the building! I love the location of Livin as there is a good variety of international food around the building, plus the city centre is a 15minute walk only. The Managers and security staff are very friendly and always ready to help! I do not regret my choice!

Excellent Apartment
Yeah, Since I moved here, I think this is the best student apartment I've ever seen after comparison. The facilities are quite new and everything works well. Also the mangers is a very kind person, who can always solve the problem immediately, I love the people here, and it is accessible for us to go to the city center and school, therefore it can save a lot of time that you may spend on the road.

Lovely helpful management and site team , they want to help and keep everyone in the loop about what is happening in the building, always happy to answer questions.

Lived in Cardiff as a student for 4 years, and Glendower is by far the best accommodation I have seen
Can’t recomend this building highly enough!

I stayed at Glendower House in Cardiff from 2017-2018, it was the BEST year of my life. Everything about Glendower is perfect, from the location to feeling safe. I LOVED living there and was absolutely sad to leave. Steve and Zoe are amazing, they go out of their way to make sure everything is fine and you are comfortable.

Coming from abroad, it was nice to know that when I left to go to uni, I didn’t have to rush back to sign for important documents/ parcels, that was taken care of at reception and would be there for me when I arrived home (Zoe would send an email to let us know whether we received packages or not).

There are cinema, gym, games and study rooms. The study room, cinema room and games room are great when you have friends over or you just need a break from studying in your room.

Zoe plans social events including (and not limited to) movie night and pizza night. Steve was amazing as well, if I needed a hand with anything he was there to help- one example, helping me move stuff that was heavy to move.

The communal areas are very clean and that was important to me- living in a clean environment. Every week, someone would
come to clean thoroughly.

You wouldn’t regret staying here. I needed a clean flat that was close to Cardiff University and I got more than I bargained for! Thank you Zoe and Steve for making my experience at Glendower what it was.

Glendower House, Cardiff is a great place to live. Staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help you. Also in a great location with amazing facilities.

A really nice and friendly environment. Room is spacious, clean, modern and everything fits well to my needs. The shared facilities like the cinema, gym etc are clean and tidy and everyone is so friendly :) Zoe is such a friendly person, she smiles and greets every time you go in or out. Some times there are free pizzas, free breakfast, movie nights etc. what a good way to bond with people.

Last year I lived at glendower House managed by Zeo, was really nice place, managed well, ppl are nice

I'm living in Glendower House right now. I'm a first year undergrad student and would really like to spend the next two years living here.
The room is clean, not too big not too small. The staffs are all SUPER caring and friendly. Even the security guards are friendly and sweet. They help me with everything including which way to walk to uni and helping me find the bus that would take me to ikea.
Glendower House is very close to Queen street, like a 5 mins walk. Queen street got everything: wilko, saintsbury, st. David, tesco, one pound store, topshop, zara, h&m, starbucks, mcdonald, and the banks, etc. All the good food and restaurants are really close to my place so I'm very happy.
I'm very far away from home but this place feels like home 💗 The rent is a little expensive but it's worth it here.
