We recently visited the Leeds store to purchase a bed and mattress. Dale helped us find what we were looking in store for and provided a great service and advice. Would recommended!

Found exactly what we were looking for at a price we were willing to pay.

We visited to find a new mattress but also bought a new sofa 🛋️. It a great place to find what you need. The store is huge and cater for all budgets it’s well worth a visit.

Richard Sanderson in Leeds was the sales representative, he was great and ordered samples direct to our home we finalised the transaction over the phone.

david tolchard was very helpfull and steered us in the right direction to buy our bed , head and add ons . a good experience , will definitely return .

We have just paid the balance off for our new table. Dale took the payment and we are now waiting for delivery. I have previously posted how we eventually were helped to make our final decision by Richard on the purchase. But it was Dale we approached first. He explained about the product, choices etc. and of course the cost. Many thanks to Dale and team “CP”

Excellent range of sofas in their showroom, in terms of quality brands (at price points to suit a wide range of budgets), range of models and variety of fabrics/leathers.
First class customer service from Dale Williamson; he was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested to see and helped us understand the pro’s and con’s of various features, helping us to make a well informed choice. Very professional in juggling his time with multiple customers wanting to make purchases on a very busy Bank Holiday. Overall, a great customer experience up to the point of sale (our sofa won’t be delivered for approximately 16 weeks), and we would definitely buy from them in the future.

Excellent range of good quality furnishings to choose from. Really helpful staff, good balance of informative, willing to answer questions without being pushy. Particularly impressed by Andy Aylesbury who was incredibly kind and helpful, including making us cups of tea while we sat on chairs or sofas making our choices.

Thank u to Dale Williamson, who helped us so much when we visited Christopher Pratts in Leeds to purchase a new bed. His advice was very welcome in helping us choose the correct bed.

Craig made buying my new sofas so easy and enjoyable. He was informative, helpful and completely professional. He wasn't pushy, he just left us to look around and make our own minds up. Would 100% recommend Christopher Pratts, as we've made multiple purchases from there in the past. All of the staff are amazing and we never fail to find exactly what we're looking for. Be it beds, sofas or dinning room chairs.

I am a long standing customer and the reason for this has always been the excellent service and product range. Special mention to Craig and Tamsyn who have gone above expectations to assist me with my purchases. I cannot think why anyone would go elsewhere , I would have no hesitation in recommending both the store and Craig and Tamsyn.

David Tolchard is excellent. Purchased from David a year ago and returned today for a further Bed purchase. My Wife informs me we'll be back soon for a new kitchen table.......

My wife and I visited this shop twice in search of a new mattress for our bed. We were ably assisted by Matty Kielb, whose knowledge of the products appeared very sound. He reviewed our needs and observed how each mattress supported us in our various sleeping positions. After our first visit, Matty followed up with an email to confirm what we had seen and its price. He even contacted the manufacturer to get answers to some of our queries. During our second trip to the store, Matty had researched further and found another similar mattress for us to try.

Fantastic service as usual. Been shopping here over 10 years. David Tolchard has been excellent with helping us find the perfect bedroom furniture. Ordered a wardrobe set, met with Paul, very nice person who managed to help place the order for the wardrobe.

I’d definitely recommend this store if you’re looking for durable, stylish furniture and good customer service.

Visited Christopher Pratts in Leeds looking for advice on buying a new bed. It’s a huge showroom with lots of beds to try out. Sales Assistant Andy Aylesbury came over and helped us to find the ideal bed and mattress combination. His knowledge of beds and mattresses was amazing and he was a really nice guy. We felt very confident with his advice and the professional way he dealt with us and placed an order. We are looking forward to getting our new bed and mattress soon.

We dealt with Andy Aylesbury who from the start gave us proper time to look around before he showed great knowledge and patience when we had lots of questions! He then followed up numerous times to support the finalisation of our order and (I feel) gave us a great deal for the products purchased. Fingers crossed the delivery is as good as the sales service!
