My experience was that it took 3 or 4 form and ticket fill outs, 2 emails over 8 days to get to the point of actual service.
I wanted to buy spare; an air filter, filter cover and fixing. Cover and filter were eventually sent FOC but they were incorrect for the YardForce brush cutter.
Eventually I got a credit note to exchange the machine for a brand new one at Toolstation. If that action had been in response to my initial request I would have given a full score to the business !!

Really good service, but the fact you can’t buy just the cheap grommet and have to buy a fuel tank and pipes etc makes it somewhat a rip off. £15 for a grommet basically

Helpful, efficient and speedy delivery
I was missing a small part to mount one of the attachments on a newly purchased Yard Force brush cutter and didn't realise till I'd already started using with strimmer attachment. Toolstation were useless - wanted me to drain the fuel, wait 72 hours, and return the whole thing to one of their stores for a replacement, despite saying in their website they could help with missing parts.
On the off chance, I got in touch with Yard Force directly who arranged for Core Service to send me the missing part for free straight away. It arrived the next day.

Great replacement service for faulty part
