Bought what I thought was a brand new blade for my lawnmower, it arrived covered in mud and full of chips on the cutting blade, on contacting the seller they told me to return it and pay the postage myself and would not give me a return label. Absolutely appalling customer service they advertised showing a brand new blade only to send me unusable rubbish, wish I could score them less than a 1. Thank goodness I paid using PayPal they were excellent in getting me a refund. I will bin this piece of junk so they can't sell it to some other poor mug

I have returned the order unused and asked for a refund? I returned the item in the allotted time scale for returns. But as yet have had no refund only excuses why you are not giving me a refund? You have the item and I have postage proof and it was in its original packaging that you sent it to me? I am totally disgusted with your customer service

Terrible customer service!
Make sure you check your parts as its only inthe small print that some aren't even new! I thought i bought a new battery for a mower at £79.99!! Only then after very little use just over 3 months does it decide to stop working so i politely enquired about warranty and im informed extremely minimally that its 30 day!! I thought this was a new part, I would expect better customer service than that. £79.99 for 3 months!! But apparently they dont care. Its all about initial sales. If they had taken care of me, or even been apologetic about policies in might have bought from them again. Now, never!! Look carefully at what you buy from here..

Had great difficulty trying to find the spare part I required for my Spear & Jackson grass trimmer so I eventually gave up looking. I won’t be trying again.

Came on time, fully charged done what it said on box

Ordered a strimmer handle, wrong one sent, messaged them to inform them, they asked if I want a refund or replacement, went for replacement, mistakes happen, got a message saying they were waiting for stock to arrive, I said not an issue let me know when it arrives, couple of days after a whole strimmer arrived minus battery & charger which wasnt an issue, considering i only want a handle i think they went above and beyond, great customer service, not many company's put customers first. I would recommend Sparesmad in heart beat.

Ordered a blade for law mover, delivered old and dented, not good for use at all. When contacted then answer came out that they sell refurbished items. I requested refund as I am not able to sharpen this blade and I can’t use it, and they just ignored my emails or phone calls. Very disappointed, never use them again.
