Although they work with FedEx (who have been the most difficult courier I’ve ever dealt with), my experience with Controlaccount has been very positive. I was frustrated about an unfair import duty fee FedEx wanted me to pay on my own products, which had only been sent as samples and then returned to me.
Nabeel from Controlaccount was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He listened patiently, showed genuine empathy for my frustration, and sought a fair solution. With his manager’s approval, he arranged for the company’s fee to be waived and even went the extra mile to help me claim back the money from FedEx.
I truly appreciated his professionalism and support, which turned an otherwise stressful situation into a much more manageable one.

The person I talked to over web chat was very helpful and sympathetic. He understood the issue and provided clear information in response. They were very polite and understanding which is rare with this type of companies in my experience. The text message notifications I was receiving, however, looked dodgy and scammy, I would have normally not clicked, so I would recommend finding better ways to officially contact the individuals.
