Wouldn't even give it 1 star but no option for that!! Never would I use this company again there an absolute joke. We had 2 bookings with them, one of these was a return flight of a night time. They ignored all phone calls and they left 2 children waiting for 2hrs before they arrived. When they eventually turned up there were not enough seats on the bus so people had to stand. The other booking we phoned as soon as we got out the airport to be told they would be 20mins......half later another person called to be told the same thing... again they didnt arrive. They then chose to ignore phone calls and then cutting the calls off. The minibus driver and the other lad at the carpark were rude and obnoxious, no apology was given. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!

WHAT A SCAM. I used this comparison site to book Gatwick Meet n Greet with Sapphire Parking who were absolute scammers. Compareairportparkings.com accept no responsibility and make no effort to screen who they advertise. They aren't a comparison site, in the real sense of the word and I wouldn't be surprised if they were all part of the same syndicate of rip offs. They are just a host site for an entire bunch of the worst sort of disreputable people who will park your car in a field somewhere with no security and then keep you waiting for hours before returning your car damaged and dirty. Do not use. If you book airport valet parking go the extra few quid and get official valet parking.

Please read and do not use these people!!! I have had an awful experience by A1 Meet&Greet Bristol. Please no matter the good reviews do not use this company. My car was returned very damaged to me. My car was used when I was abroad for their personal uses. They even moved my child’s seat at the back and left a lot of rubbish and ripped magazines on the back of my car. I spent a month and a half trying to get answers and they ignored me. They refused to give me refund and they refused to provide me with CCTV and answers. They claimed they have CCTV but for some reason they cannot review it or give me answers. Especially if you’re travelling with a child, please do not use this company. After they returned my car to me which I waited for over an hour and a half , 3 grown men were arguing with me in the car park about the damages and how they haven’t done anything. Everyone around me also waited with delays for their cars. I don’t know if they write their good reviews, but please at all costs avoid these people.

This agent is still listing Prime Meet and Greet / iPark even though the company has overwhelmingly bad Trustpilot reviews and a track record of damaging customers’ cars. Our vehicle was returned with damage, and iPark are now ignoring all requests for their insurance information so we can get repairs underway.

It is unacceptable that this agent continues to include a company with such serious and well‑documented issues. Customers deserve better protection and responsible vetting.

Chose meet and greet service, had to park miles away from the airport and walk 10 minutes with my disabled mum. The gentleman that met us to get my car was rude and obnoxious and when I asked him what we was going to do to get to the airport he said " that's not my problem) hes said it was a three minute walk, that was lies. Disgusting service and now after after a long day and a late arrival home I have to walk to get my car and pay more fees at the airport entrance to pick up my disabled mum and family. I coukd have paid a lot less and had a shuttle bus collect us from the carpark and drop us next to the airport.

This is not a comparison site - No matter who you book, you are booking with the same bunch of cowboys.
This became apparent when we arrived at the airport and everyone else using various meet and greet services were having their cars taken by the same people.
These people had no ID, no documents, they just had your name and reg on their phone.
I have since been back onto the website and the reviews for all of the companies are fake too - it is impossible to leave your own review.
Not only that, when we drove in, we saw a bunch of cars ditched in a layby. We joked that that's where our car would be, but when I tracked my car when in the airport, I realised ours was there also!
After 24 hours it was moved to a farm, not a 24hr secure lot as advertised, and was moved back to the layby for the last 24 hours.
even more irritatingly, because all of the different companies are simply one unit, they had 1 man returning EVERYONE's cars! Which at 1am is frustrating to say the least.
I have reported to trading standards but I doubt it will make a difference, as it looks like there are multiple websites offering the same model! Just use official parking or parking endorsed by the airport.

DO NOT USE! Don’t use this comparison site I booked a week for my car at Stansted meet and greet on returning my car I learned they had been using my brand new car while I left it with them put 100mile on my car tried to wipe my cars computer and wiped my dash cam but I took pictures of mileage when my car was dropped off and picked up

The companies available through this service are terrible. I had a 45 minute wait to drop my keys and a 2.5 hour wait for my car. I followed all instructions. The company was rude and lied about when my car would be ready . There were other customers waiting and from other named companies and all the phone numbers were the same!

They steal your money and don't return it. Shocking company and highly don't recommend

Excellent service so easy to use

We booked a meet and greet service at Gatwick South terminal. When dropping off the car we met the team, who took the keys from us, to take the car out of the short stay car park.

When arriving back in Gatwick 5 days later, we went to the agreed location to collect the car. The car was strangely in the exact same parking bay as we had left it..

We called the team to find out where they were with our keys and were informed that they were mislaid.. The team then spent the next hour looking for the lost car keys, which they were unable to locate. We were advised to take an uber home to get the spare car keys, which would be compensated. When returning to retrieve our car with the spare keys we were advised by an employee at the car park that the car had never left the car park for the entire duration of our trip. We then incurred a £420 parking charge.

We provided the receipts for the uber and parking charges neither of which were compensated (as promised) as well as paying for a service we never received and to top it off a missing set of car keys!!

Great prices and very simple booking system. Look forward to the meet and greet service, in a couple of days, being just as efficient.

They cancelled the booking the night before we were due to fly from Luton as they stated the car park was full. Why take a booking if you know you don’t have space as ended up having to pay even more for taxis last minute. In their cancellation email they said the money will be refunded within a week but 3 weeks later and many emails, no refund. Has been reported to the bank as something isn’t right here.

Firstly the road into the parking was dreadful and not fit for purpose, huge potholes and extremely unsafe, upon return there is inadequate illumination to support safe location of vehicle.
My main gripe is the very poor communication, we messaged three times and still had no idea when we would be picked up until we landed in Bristol.
Finally, how can all individual customers vehicles be charged for airport drop off and collection at £17 each. I feel that is misleading and potentially breaches statutory legality. On our trip at least 6 X customers vehicles were charged for the same drop off charge. Beyond belief, and having to pay on someone's phone device was very amateur and felt unsafe.

I booked the meet and greet for the south terminal but on the way to the airport was told to go to the north terminal because the south car park was full. Very poor customer service and won’t be booking with this company again.

When we went to see where they were, they either would not answer the phone
Or would keep saying five minutes I wouldn’t ever use this company again. A lot of customers also are the same complaints.

Easy and simple to use

Fine for drop off however you have to pay an additional £17 on top for the total for drop off and return in the airport.
Also have to wait a substantial time for collection in a short stay car pack which negates the benefit for meet and greet.
Car was returned in fine condition.

The service provided was not Meet and greet. I parked in the short stay car park and had to walk to the terminal. It would of been cheaper for me to pay to stay in the short stay car park then pay for meet and greet.

Have just booked airport parking and website very easy to navigate .Price is very competative so hope all goes well.
