I ordered two dresses in the January sale. Yes, they did take a couple weeks to arrive but that’s clearly stated on their website. When I messaged them for an update one of their lovely team called me immediately! When the dresses arrived I was so impressed wit the quality. Beautiful, weighed material that sits lovely on. Will deffo buy again!

I placed my 1st order Nov , 2022 waited and ordered again 2 more times. I never received my orders and I chatted with CS and received very rude chats back and text messages. If I could post them here I would. I have never received any refunds then got a text message stating that for me to NEVER shop with Comino again and I was removed from their database. This company is full of crap and just steal money with no products to show. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE ROBBED !!!

Never received refunds and CS just lied about my package dates. I didn’t get my order from Nov.20, 2022. It take 4 months for a package and rudeness, lies and no refunds too.

I have already put a review on here stating I hadn’t had a refund for a dress which was sent back I was constantly fobbed off and then when I put a review on stating this the owner had the audacity to phone me and was very rude asking why I had put such a negative review on I have since gone through my bank and have got back through them DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Still waiting for my refund. These people are not afraid to use fake Royal Mail delivery dispatches as well. They are full of tricks. I wonder that I'll ever get this refund. It's been 2 months since they said I would get a refund within 5-7 business days.

Genuinely the worst service I've ever received. Still waiting for a refund from August. I probably will never get it - absolute scam.

Terrible service and extremely rude. I placed orders over £400 not delivery for 4 weeks. When emailed to ask for an update they emailed be bsck stating they cancelled my order. No refund either.

I placed an order in November.. I contact the company in December asking for the progress on my order, to be told it was on its way, come January I have not received my order, I asked for a refund which took over a month to get. I had to continuously chase for a refund and recieved passive aggressive replies from customer service.

Do yourself a favour, and DO NOT order from Camino Couture London

**update it is now 7th of March and still no sign of a refund or a reply from customer service, do yourself a favour and never buy from this company! I will be reporting them to the Consumer ombudsman.**

I am starting to question if this is even a legitimate company. I have never seen anything like this. I placed an order for 2 items in October 2022 and kept receiving excuses about delays to my order and was provided with reassurance that I would receive them next week continuously with very little explanation and rude replies when I questioned the delays. They initially ignored my first refund request and asked me if I wanted to wait longer or for the package to be resent. I requested a refund of 113€ and days later I didn't receive a response to my emails but a notification that my order was cancelled on 22nd Jan 2023. I am still waiting for my refund over 3 weeks later?!! I have been chasing for an update and now all my emails are being ignored. Avoid this company at all costs they are scammers, they drive up the prices and advertise fake discounts. An item that was once a small price is quadrupled in price for a promotion cycle to lure customers with fake discounts. This is illegal and companies like these need to be reported for breach of consumer rights act.

Previously the clothes looked like the photos. This is no more!

Order placed May 2022, dispatch email a month later and then the items didn’t resemble photos. You have to contact them and pay for returns (which I was aware of and don’t have grievances with that). I returned the items once they acknowledged I could and did so via 1st registered service. Then constant chasing and providing proof of tracking info, proving that it was received by them, asking them to cancel the outstanding item, which only from chasing and proof did they then finally acknowledge. Partial refund as this was only for the items received and sent back. Given one item was still outstanding after 4 months, I asked they cancel this as not had a dispatch email and no confidence it would look like the photos. Got full refund finally but you need to make sure you chase them even after providing evidence.

Had an experience prior but I believed was system error:

Placed order Dec 2021 and a courtesy email on few weeks wishing me a merry christimas, thanking me for my order and saying the order is almost complete, everything made bespoke so to expect dispatch in coming weeks.

Chased the order on beginning Feb 2022 (2 months post order.) Reply from them saying the order wasn’t picked up and what did I want to do. Asked for full refund and then chased to get money back twice. No items received and lots of chasing. Finally received refund beginning of March.

Paid for products in August 2022 & still not received.
Over 6 months I’ve been waiting & now my emails are being ignored!

I love love love Comino couture dresses very different and unique they never disappoint, I always get comments on there dresses and customer service hurried my order to dispatch as I needed for an event, they also respond very promptly, professional and very friendly cheers Comino xx

Placed my order 5/9 still not received it deeply saddened because once the items are delivered they are beautiful. But not that beautiful that I’d want to wait nearly 6 months for them. I contacted the company back in November to be told that the factory that make the clothes was closed due to covid, I can only assume that these are made in china as we all know covid wouldn’t stop a British factory producing items. After reading these reviews none was the same excuse as I was given. So is it Royal Mail delaying orders or the factory closing ?I was also told i would be looking at mid December for my order! I’m

Terrible experience with that company! On 6th September I made an order for 120 pounds! I’ve waited 2 months and after receiving nothing I contacted them and it turns out they had not sent anything at all. So I immediately asked for a refund they said ok but I’ve waited and waited and of course I wasn’t refunded at all. In every e-mail they were lying so at the end I contacted my bank and opened a dispute and was refunded immediately. So my advice if you are at the same situation - don’t waste your time in pointless communication with them- you’d receive only promises and lies, contact your bank instead. After I have received my refund from the bank I had an email from Comino that they would send me a free package just to say sorry- guess what- I haven’t received anything so far( that was 2 months ago).
Please, please avoid , don’t let them use your money!

Very happy with my items from Comino couture. Excellent quality dresses and delivered beautifully packaged!
Would definitely recommend comino

So as I am sure you know this lady has NOT refunded after that sweet reply. If you live in London please report to your local police. ALSO EVERY ONE can file a report with CITIZENS ADVICE UK. Make sure to alert your credit card company, and send them all the dialogue between you and the company. Hope this helps.

I had my eyes on this dress for ages. Finally I have decided to purchased it and I wasn't disappointed with my choice. Dress is absolutely stunning and I love them very much! I love them so much that I instantly bought second one for my bestie.
I have contacted customer service as I was going on holiday and wasn't sure if I get the dress on time. Their service is brilliant and I have got my answers immediately. They speed up my delivery and I managed to take dress with me on holiday. Thank you for your service and brilliant style! So unique! I love Comino.london 🩵

I do not recommend comino london at all. Wrong size sent. More than 1 month of waiting. And very poor quality, don't be fooled!!
