I Love This brand amazing prices and quality its Made to order but worth The wait

Ordered three items on the 8 January 23. One item was delivered, with the remaining items listed as 14-25 working days for delivery.

The 25 working days passed and I contacted Comino Couture requesting an update, to which no response was forthcoming. A further two email chasers requesting an update were sent prior to a response being received. In the same response, Comino confirmed that they had not fulfilled my remaining orders and essentially hadn’t realised. I confirmed that I would still like the items, to which Comino confirmed they would be delivered by the end of March.

The end of March occurs and I sent further emails requesting an update, only to be informed that the items would be dispatched at the beginning of April. To no avail once again.

Further chaser emails were sent requesting an update and a refund, whereby I had been waiting in excess of 4 months for my remaining items. Comino confirmed a refund had been processed. Upon chasing information as to the refund I was informed that one of the items could be dispatched the following day. Naturally this was concerning as this email contradicted the confirmation that a refund had been given, when indeed it had not. I fail to decipher why Comino continued to convolute matters and in turn make an untruthful and misleading representation to a simple request: to provide evidence that the refund has been processed to which I am entitled to the same pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Unfortunately this is the second occasion (albeit a few years back) where I have encountered the same issues with Comino and as such feel it is fairly placed to forewarn potential customers as to the issues which I have been party too. These being that the delivery lead times are misleading, even when compromise is given on the dates cited on their website and the customer service is quite frankly abhorrent, where customers are required to chase for updates, only for some correspondences to receive an ad hoc response , which in turn demonstrates Cominos general lack of inconsistency.

Interestingly, despite Cominos apparent lack of being able to afford consistent communication with paying customers , it is prolific in posting content on social media which shows the general appetite of the business: attract potential new customers but fails to give any credence to their existing customers.

Further, upon requesting a refund and providing my comments as to my dissatisfaction, Cominos Facebook and Instagram is no longer available to which it is apparent that the company has blocked my profiles despite me contacting them only via email. Not only is this alarming, but pedantic at best and not the expected behaviour of a company holding out to be professional.

In resolving the matter, a full complaint was submitted via PayPal resolution whereby a full refund had been indicated as expected. However, customers should not have to be forced into taking such route, when in reality, Comino could have resolved themselves direct.

This review is made with no malice intended, whereby it is hoped that the contents of the same can be used constructively by Comino in improving and developing its customer service and to prevent other customers having the same service I experienced.

Beautiful design, arrived quickly and when I went out I got many compliments. Thank you Comino!

Bad experience. Years ago they were reliable, now no longer. Made two orders, one in August 2022 and one in January 2023. Since the first one had not been shipped in January, I asked for a voucher with which I bought the second one. They wrote to me that they would send me the first one and refund the second one. Second refunded after many emails, but they have the money of the first ever sent !!!! They respond with fake emails without real shipments! Don't trust!!!

I ordered two dresses from Comino couture. Paid by PayPal both times. No dresses delivered. All sorts of Royal Mail excuses and non specific tracking. Said it was Irish customs. I provided an alternative uk address. Still nothing. Complained on PayPal they sent through the non specific tracking to overcome that. Noted I would log a review on trust pilot. Told me it was too easy to blackmail!!! And still no dress or refund. AVOID AVOID.

I ordered the pleated midi skirt and lace bralet top. They are very well made and fit so well . I’m so glad I ordered them ! Can’t wait to wear them on holiday !

Items ordered 5/01/23 with assurance they would arrive before the beginning of March as I wanted for specific event.

Items chased constantly to then not arrive. Requested a refund almost a month ago and chased constantly with no avail.I will now raise the issue through my bank.

I don’t know what has happened to this company ? Never had issues like this historically but judging by other reviews it seems that it is happening across the board.

Please don’t buy from this company they will respond to messages very quickly on social media but not follow through with action.

Do NOT buy from this company total waste of space take people’s money & do not give you the goods!! Blaming Royal Mail what a laughable excuse never received my refund either still waiting total scam!! Did not speak to anyone with no such thing it’s all lies lies lies with yous! The way yous speak to customers is absolutely unprofessional trying to call me come on? Highly Recommend…..I just put in my second order with Comino Couture…..as I’m in a timeline to receive it for a special occasion, the lady on customer service has gone above & beyond to accommodate this for me. The quality & cut of the dresses, & the fabric used is super. I always get compliments when I wear them.

Clothes look so beautiful but never arrived. No response to any emails. Ordered in Dec 2022, took careful note of the expected delivery times and thought the items should definitely arrive by the end of Feb. I sent an email to request that the items would be with me for a special occasion at the end of Feb, but had no response and no delivery. Wish I had looked at reviews on here before ordering. I had high hopes of the dresses as they look absolutely stunning but what's the use if they never arrive!! I'm leaving this review in the hope that it might get a response, unlike my emails!! Will be chasing for a refund through PayPal. Gutted because I really wanted these dresses.

I have to say I am most impressed with the customer service I have just received from Comino Couture. I didn't realise I had to enter a code for free delivery so sent them a little email. I had a very quick response and they have very kindly honoured the delivery and refunded the delivery payment. I wanted to make sure I put this in a review as people are so quick to write the bad. Well done Comino ❤️

If I could give minus stars I would!

I bought a dress in July 2022 and have yet to receive it (March 2023)!. I have received some replies stating the dress is with Royal Mail but the tracking shows that it was returned to sender. Customer service confirmed my dress was returned to sender on the 14th December. They were going to "look into it" at that stage. I sent a further email on the 14th Feb 2023 and another today. Still no dress.

I would not recommend this website. A total SCAM!

Order date: dec 16, 2022. It was supposed to be my birthday gift for myself, i know that i had to wait because they pre made items.. The first excuse was the items was returned to them by the courier which i believe is a complete lies,they told me they are just going to refund my money but until now they keep making excuses and not returning any money at all.. They have no mercy even if i begged them so many times to return my money because i needeed it during these times, but they wont!!!!!

I have placed two orders with this company first one January 17th 2023 and the next 2 weeks after and it’s now nearly March 17th and I haven’t received any products or emails as to what is happening with my orders. Regardless of how nice the dresses are if they ever arrive I will not be shopping with this company again and won’t be recommending them either to anyone I’m shocked at how bad their customer service is…

Finally got some email updates and I’ve Opted for the refund on my items purchased in January today as it has taken far too long and don’t need the items anymore.

First of all Beautiful clothing, many comments about my outfit. I wanted to order 4 items, but I noticed that the website said made to order and takes 4-5weeks but it also said if need earlier contact customer service.
Customer service was more than helpful.
I placed the order on the 27th Jan 2023 and needed the items by the the 15th Feb 2023 by the latest. Comino promised to get 1 of the items out by 1 week and the other 3 items by the 14th Feb.

3 items arrived by the 14th Feb. 1 item was missing so i got in contact with customer service who replied back the same day and promised to look in to the missing item which they did and got back to me the day after with an explaination and promised to ship the missing item straight away. I recieved the item within a week.

The clothing is so beautiful and different from everything that is on most website. The customer service i have recieved so far has been above and beyond, especially with the help for sizes and the fact they made sure my order arrived on time within 2 and a half weeks.

I have just placed another order and have no doubt i will be very happy with my second purchase.

I had to dispute through pay pal to get my refund for an order placed on December 4th this must be the worst experience I've had with any online retail store . It's the attitude of staff so rude
